The green economy is an activity based on environmentally friendly projects or at least an economy that does not add new hindrances to the environment or increase the degree of pollution. The GCC Countries encounter many challenges to transforming into a green economy in order to achieve sustainable development. This paper analyzes the increasing trend of courts in various countries towards using technology in litigation. Consequently, it is now reasonable to say that there is an integrated legal regulation of a remote trial. The paper stresses that the remote trial system applied before the UAE courts requires the use of court-specific systems and programs to process the personal data of litigants, defendants, victims, and witnesses as well as the data of the subject matter of the dispute. The study aimed to identify the supervisory role of applying governance mechanisms to reduce the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic in the public shareholding insurance companies listed on the Palestine Stock Exchange. Governance Committees (72) working in insurance companies listed on the Palestine Stock Exchange, numbering (5) companies, and a comprehensive inventory method was used due to the small size of the study population.

This research reveals the cash liquidity’s impact on the sustainability of the financial growth of the industrial public shareholding companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) between (2015) and 2021. This study established the relationship between transformational and transactional leadership styles, an innovative climate, and administrative innovation. where both innovative climate and administrative innovation represent strategic objectives of contemporary institutions, which are required more than ever to enhance and demonstrate their innovativeness in providing services to their broad audience and meeting their expectations. ‘Meira Paibi’ is an all-women grassroots resistance movement in Manipur (India). It emerged in 1980s against state atrocities committed under the ambit of the Armed Forces Special Powers Act, 1958 (AFSPA). “Information operations” or “psychological operations” have long been part of armed conflicts. Among Western militaries, they are commonly understood as the employment of communication or other means to influence the views, attitudes, or behavior of adversaries or civilian populations to achieve political and military objectives. Chinese military strategy describes “psychological offense and defense” as “a combat action that uses specific information and media to influence the psychology and behavior of the target object through rational propaganda, deterrence and emotional guidance based on strategic intentions and combat missions.” Likewise, Russian military doctrine elaborates on concepts such as “psychological warfare” and on …

Contextual Determinants Of Re-Reporting For Families Receiving Alternative Response: A Survival Analysis In A Midwestern State, Jianchao Lai, Michelle Graef, Todd Franke, Toby Burnham
Center on Children, Families, and the Law: Faculty Publications
Differential response (DR) has been widely adopted in over 30 states to address shortcomings of the traditional approach to child maltreatment reports in complex family and case circumstances. However, despite continued evaluation efforts, evidence of the effectiveness of DR remains inconclusive. The current study aims to assess the impact of a DR program and potential predictors, including service match and number of family case workers, on maltreatment re-reports in a Midwestern state. The study utilized a randomized control trial and assigned eligible families to either the Alternative Response (AR) track or Traditional Response (TR) track. The enrollment was implemented in …
