In project risk management, there is a need to rank project risks, because there are many complexities in nowadays projects and prioritizing these risks can help to achieve more effective and efficient projects. In this research, on the basis of the Risk Breakdown Structure (RBS) of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide) fourth edition, it is tried to prioritize the different kinds of project risks.
