Abstract: In order to solve the problems of incomplete feature extraction, continuity destruction of flow field by visual results, and poor representation of streamline caused by unstable clustering division when the clustering method is used to realize 3D streamline visualization. A 3D streamline visualization method based on clustering fusion is proposed. It consists of a distance measurement method between features and a clustering fusion method, which takes the inter-feature distance and spatial distance as the similarity between streamlines for clustering and then performs weighted merging and subdivision of the obtained clustering result. Abstract: For the accurate mapping and real-time simulation requirements proposed by digital twin technology, a multi-input multi-output (MIMO) finite difference domain-hybrid semi-mechanical (FDDHSM) digital twin modeling method is proposed, and a semi-physical simulation system of wind turbine digital twin with physical controller is established for the complex nonlinear operation characteristics of large wind turbines. The integrated dynamic MIMO-FDD-HSM model structure is constructed. Abstract: The finite element model (FEM) of permanent magnet linear synchronous machines (PMLSMs) takes a long computing time and cannot directly display the relationship between structural parameters and output thrust, thus failing to guide the structural parameter optimization of the machine. An improved simulation model of PMLSMs based on the subdomain analytical method and deep neural network (DNN) algorithm is proposed. Abstract: Broad learning system(BLS) is introduced to tackle the existed disadvantage that LSTM-based runoff prediction model is easy to fall into local optimization. To reduce the influence of noise on the prediction results, the variational mode decomposition (VMD) is adopted to transform the onedimensional time-domain runoff signal to the two-dimensional time-frequency plane. The runoff prediction model based on VMD-LSTM-BLS is proposed. The simulation results demonstrate that the prediction accuracy of the new model is more significantly improved compared with the baseline model and the existing LSTM-based runoff prediction model.

Abstract: Tracked robots with flippers have certain terrain adaptation capabilities. To improve the intelligent operation level of robots in complex environments, it is significant to realize the flipper autonomously control. Combining the expert experience in obstacle crossing and optimization indicators, Markov decision process(MDP) modeling of the robot's flipper control problem is carried out and a simulation training environment based on physics simulation engine Pymunk is built. Abstract: Targeting the problem that nonplanar fully-actuated unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) are susceptible to external winds and unmodeled dynamics, the predictive control system with good robustness is designed. A nonlinear motion model with six degrees of freedom is established through the Newton-Euler approach. A linear extended state observer is designed to estimate the state variables by transforming the system affected by matched and unmatched disturbances into an equivalent system only affected by the matched disturbances. Abstract: Addressing the issues such as signal loss, distraction, and bad wash-out effect caused by improper parameter selection in classic wash-out algorithms, an improved multi-objective artificial bee colony algorithm is proposed to optimize the filter parameters of the classical wash-out algorithm to improve the effect.
