Abstract Integrated project delivery is a relatively new collaborative procurement route for delivery of construction projects. Building Information Modelling works hand in glove with this process by offering a means for deep integration among construction professionals. There is growing realisation among clients and construction professionals that design, construction and facilities management will function much better in a multidisciplinary environment.
