"The object of this investigation was to develop a monitoring information system which would comply with the time and cost constraints of the small construction contractor. Every aspect of a monitoring system was considered and logically analyzed. A suggested Monitoring Information System was developed and compared to other monitoring systems in existing literature and also the monitoring system of a local contractor.
