Abstract. This article states that a clear formation of teaching methods is a key factor in improving the quality of teaching. It is noted that the combination of state educational technologies with practical exercises on the basis of a clear plan will serve to improve the quality of education. Methods. Interactive teaching methods such as brainstorming, blitz survey, frontal survey, small group work, round table, business game, role play, role play. Examples include the use of "debate", "problem situation", "project", "reference text", "boomerang strategy (exchange of questions)" and "conceptual analysis". Results. Each year, the federal government spends trillions of dollars on operations and in awarding contracts, grants, loans, and other forms of financial assistance. Federal Offices of Inspectors General (OIGs) are charged with auditing and investigating fraud, waste, abuse, and misconduct affecting the government. There are 73 such OIGs – 40 of which have law enforcement authority and oversight responsibilities for a parent agency – and each is a separate organization with varying staffing levels and performance results. Teacher education graduates in their early years of service are ill-prepared to act as building-level change agents who can advocate for the enhanced use of technology in the classroom. In this study, a group of experienced teachers seeking the M.Ed. in Educational Technology suggest that the lack of confidence which new teachers show in relation to technology can be traced back to the absence of rigorous technical skill-building in both their Introduction to Educational Technology class and methods classes.
