Implementing civic education learning in senior high schools has not improved students' quality as good citizens with the right civic skills. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of the multiculturalism learning model based on local wisdom in the subject of civic education. The learning model is used to instill the values of cultural diversity in students in responding to demographic changes. Law enforcement efforts to overcome criminal acts of sexual violence are increasingly being implemented. The long-term goal of this research is to develop a model for preventing radicalism in the Bali Region. This research used a front-ended prototype studies development approach. Various factors that influence the level of community compliance were analysed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach with Partial Least Square (PLS) or SEM-PLS. This study aims to develop a self-assessment instrument in the affective domain of students' social attitudes, which was modified by the case of the instrument item. The measurement results can be used as a recommendation for the self-assessment of students' social attitudes at school. The sampling technique used is cluster random sampling. The instrument was content validated by five experts using Aiken, and construct validation using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), while the reliability estimation used Cronbach's Alpha coefficient.
