Research Aims: The purpose of this study is to determine the underlying reasons behind the management’s tax compliance and non-compliance decisions. Design/methodology/approach: This study employed a mixed-method research approach in which the scale observations of taxpayers’ tax compliance practices and the taxpayers' lived experiences and perspectives about tax where integrated. The quantitative approach utilized binary logistic regression, and the qualitative approach used thematic and joint-result analyses. Research Findings: The integration of the two research methods revealed three distinct types of taxpayers: impulsive, reflective, and active. Hence, this study aims to explore the relationship between digital leadership and psychological well-being during the COVID-19 pandemic situation. This study uses a sample of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians (N = 240) who differ in skill, education, and income to replicate and extend past findings about socioeconomic disparities in the perceptions of automation. Specifically, this study applies the skills-biased technical change hypothesis, an economic theory that low-skill jobs are the most likely to be affected by increased automation (Acemoglu & Restrepo, 2019), to the mental models of pharmacy workers. We use a data driven approach on a cleaned adverse drug reaction database to determine the reaction severity of several covid-19 drug combinations currently under investigation. We further examine their safety for vulnerable populations such as individuals 65 years and older. Our key findings include 1. hydroxychloroquine/chloroquine are associated with increased adverse drug event severity versus other drug combinations already not recommended by NIH treatment guidelines, 2. hydroxychloroquine/azithromycin are associated with lower adverse drug event severity among older populations, 3. lopinavir/ritonavir had lower adverse reaction severity among toddlers and 4. the combination of azithromycin, hydroxychloroquine and tocilizumab is safer than …
