Abstract The aim of this research is to study the nature of Training Needs Assessment within the context Managers in company of HÜCO (Maharashtra) in India and the impact of TNA on organizational performance. According to the findings of this study in the field of theoretical arguments arising from them found that training needs assessment (TNA) using the dimensions of strategic competence, which is compatible with McGhee and Thayer's three-fold analysis.
