As ageism could have detrimental effects in the ageing society, it is important to know how people of different age groups perceive ageing and successive ageing. This study collected data from 648 respondents aged between 18 to 80 years old for an age-based analysis of the perceptions of ageing and successful ageing. Self- administered questionnaires were used. Correlation analysis was conducted to examine the relationship between perception of successful ageing and factors associated with psychological well-being. هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على نظم المعلومات الإدارية ودورها في تعزيز الإبداع الإداري في شركات تكنولوجيا المعلومات بمجال العمل عن بُعد – قطاع غزة.

Accounting conservatism is a fundamental qualitative characteristic of financial statements. For centuries, it has had a significant impact on accounting practices. The goal of this study is to investigate the attributes of firms and countries, as well as their relative importance in influencing the level of unconditional conservatism. The data for Hierarchical Linear Modeling was collected from a sample of 5470 publicly traded firms from 55 countries between 2017 and 2019. The results reveal that country differences explain approximately 31 percent of the variance in the level of unconditional conservatism. However, the effect of adopting the US dollar (dollarization), over which the central bank has no control, combined with being mainly an exporter of primary products, as well as strategic currency devaluation by neighboring economies, has created a difficult situation, especially for Ecuadorian women’s MSMEs.
