The Effectiveness of the Integrated Insulin Monitoring Sheets to Decrease Hypoglycemia Incidence on the Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 Patients. Hypoglycemia is one of the side effects of insulin therapy administration for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients. The study aimed to develop the integrated insulin monitoring sheets and examine its effectiveness in identifying and recording the incidence of hypoglycemia who received analog insulin therapies. The results showed that the integrated insulin monitoring sheet recorded the significantly higher incidence of hypoglycemia during the morning (t (18)= 2.9732; p= 0.0059) and evening (t (18)= 3.0956; p= 0.0043) meals after the administration of rapid-acting …

The majority of preterm infants require a long period of hospitalization in intensive care units ,which often necessitates those undergoing painful procedures, including blood collection. This study aims to identify the effectiveness of facilitated tucking on pain responses, including physiological parameters and the duration of crying during blood collection. The study design is quasi-experimental, employing a non equivalent control group pretest-posttest approach. The Grieving Process of The HIV-Positive Women. HIV as a chronic disease can change the quality of life of sufferers. This study aimed to identify the intensity of grief response in HIV-positive women. The study was a survey which applied a consecutive sampling to involve 235 HIV positive women. The women were at a Community Health Center in Jakarta, Indonesia. The main health challenges currently faced by American Indian and Alaska Native people are the increasing health conditions and chronic diseases that are related to lifestyles issues such as obesity, physical inactivity, poor diet, substance abuse, and injuries. To help meet these challenges, the Indian Health Service (IHS) has launched a Health Promotion and Disease Prevention (HPj DP) Initiative to develop a coordinated and systematic approach to enhance preventive health approaches at the local, regional, and national levels. This Initiative is aligned with the President's HealthierUS, HHS Steps to a HealthierUS, and Healthy People 2010.
