Prolonged and frequent anxiety can become unprompted and problematic (American Psychiatric Association, 2021). Management of anxiety is crucial for overall wellbeing. Background: Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) has extended the survivability of critically ill patients beyond their unsupported prognosis and has widened the timeframe for making an informed decision about the goal of care. The purpose of this study was to understand the lived experience of professional counselors who provided clinical services while undergoing personal adversity. Despite the common belief that counselors are more equipped to handle personal adversity, counselors experience adversity alike others. Interpretative phenomenological analysis was the methodology implemented. Participants in this study consisted of six licensed professional counselors working at various clinical sites who continued to provide counseling services while experiencing an adverse event. Background

Anhedonia, an impairment in the motivation for or experience of pleasure, is a well-established transdiagnostic harbinger and core symptom of mental illness. Given increasing recognition of early life origins of mental illness, we posit that anhedonia should, and could, be recognized earlier if appropriate tools were available. However, reliable diagnostic instruments prior to childhood do not currently exist.

Despite robust knowledge regarding the socio-economic and cultural factors affecting Latino* access to healthcare, limited research has explored service utilization in the context of comorbid conditions like diabetes and depression. This qualitative study, embedded in a larger mixed-methods project, aimed to investigate perceptions held by Latinos and their social support systems (i.e., family members) regarding comorbid diabetes and depression and to identify barriers and facilitators to their help-seeking behaviors and treatment engagement. Research has shown that during the COVID-19 pandemic, approximately 20% of children and adolescents in the United States experienced mental health issues that became a significant social concern. However, recent studies have demonstrated that the majority of adolescents maintain positive emotions despite the crisis. This cross-sectional and descriptive study delves into the emotional states of adolescents during the pandemic, considering the viewpoints of both adolescents and their parents, with a specific focus on Hispanic adolescents. Introduction: Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) are traumatic events that occurred to an individual during ages 0-17 years. The 1998 Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) suggested higher ACE scores contributed to negative future health outcomes. The tool is now used to screen at-risk populations for the development of chronic health conditions. Protective factors, such as resilience, were later studied and found to offset the negative health impacts of traumatic childhood events. Chronic stress exposure during development can have lasting behavioral consequences that differ in males and females. More specifically, increased depressive behaviors in females, but not males, are observed in both humans and rodent models of chronic stress. Despite these known stress-induced outcomes, the molecular consequences of chronic adolescent stress in the adult brain are less clear. การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา ณ จุดเวลาใดเวลาหนึ่ง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความชุกของความตั้งใจมีบุตร ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคลิกภาพกับความตั้งใจมีบุตร และปัจจัยที่สามารถทำนายความตั้งใจมีบุตร กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้หญิงทำงานที่ยังไม่มีบุตร อายุ 18–49 ปี ในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 110 คน โดยตอบแบบสอบถามออนไลน์เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลพื้นฐาน ทัศนคติเรื่องคุณค่าของบุตร อิทธิพลทางสังคม ลำดับความสำคัญของปัจจัยสนับสนุน และแบบวัดบุคลิกภาพ IPIP-NEO ฉบับภาษาไทย จำนวน 30 ข้อ ซึ่งครอบคลุมบุคลิกภาพห้าองค์ประกอบ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ Chi-square, t-test และ Logistic Regressionผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มที่ตั้งใจไม่มีบุตรหรือน่าจะไม่มีบุตรมีความชุกสูงที่สุด (ร้อยละ 55.5) บุคลิกภาพทั้ง 5 ด้านไม่สามารถทำนายความตั้งใจมีบุตรได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ อย่างไรก็ตาม พบว่า อายุ ทัศนคติว่าบุตรทำให้ครอบครัวสมบูรณ์ และอิทธิพลจากบุคคลรอบข้าง สามารถทำนายความตั้งใจมีบุตรได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญสำหรับปัจจัยสนับสนุนกลุ่มที่ตั้งใจจะมีบุตรให้ความสำคัญสูงสุดกับ นโยบายของที่ทำงาน รองลงมาคือ บริการดูแลเด็ก ขณะที่กลุ่มที่ตั้งใจจะไม่มีบุตรให้ความสำคัญกับ ปัจจัยอื่น ๆ เช่น ความกังวลด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมและเศรษฐกิจ และ นโยบายของที่ทำงานผลการศึกษานี้สะท้อนความซับซ้อนของการตัดสินใจมีบุตรในกลุ่มผู้หญิงทำงาน และสามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางในการวางแผนเชิงนโยบายด้านครอบครัวและแรงงานในอนาคต

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหาความชุกของการใช้สารเสพติดและคุณภาพชีวิตในบุคลากรฝ่ายสนับสนุนที่ทำงานในโรงพยาบาลระดับตติยภูมิแห่งหนึ่ง ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยดำเนินการเก็บข้อมูลผ่านการสัมภาษณ์ด้วยแบบคัดกรองประสบการณ์ในการใช้ ยาสูบ สุรา และสารเสพติดตัวอื่นๆ และแบบวัดคุณภาพชีวิตขององค์การอนามัยโลก ในบุคลลากรฝ่ายสนับสนุนจำนวน 250 คนจากผลการศึกษาพบว่าความชุกของการใช้สารเสพติดในบุคลากรฝ่ายสนับสนุนที่เคยใช้สารเสพติดอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งตลอดช่วงชีวิตที่ผ่านมาคิดเป็น ร้อยละ 94.0 และ ช่วง 3 เดือนที่ผ่านมา ร้อยละ 70.8 โดยพบว่าชนิดของสารที่มีการใช้มากที่สุด 5 อันดับแรกตลอดช่วงชีวิต และใน 3 เดือนที่ผ่านมา ได้แก่ เครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ ผลิตภัณฑ์ยาสูบ กัญชา ใบกระท่อม และสารผสมน้ำต้มใบกระท่อม และพบความเสี่ยงจากการใช้สารเสพติดของบุคลากรส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับต่ำ ได้แก่ เครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ กัญชา ยากระตุ้นประสาทกลุ่มแอมเฟตามีน สารระเหย ใบกระท่อม สารผสมน้ำต้มใบกระท่อม สารกลุ่มฝิ่น ร้อยละ 78.02, 93.02, 87.23, 90.91, 91.25, 76.92, 71.43 ตามลำดับ ขณะที่ผู้ใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ยาสูบส่วนใหญ่มีความเสี่ยงอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ร้อยละ 55.22 ปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับสารเสพติดที่มีการใช้มากที่สุด 5 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ และหน่วยงาน โดย เพศชาย อายุ 18-35 ปี เป็นปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการใช้สารและระดับความรุนแรงในการใช้สารมากที่สุด นอกจากนั้นยังพบว่าบุคลากรส่วนใหญ่มีคุณภาพชีวิตโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ร้อยละ 51.60 แบ่งเป็น คุณภาพชีวิตด้านสุขภาพร่างกายในระดับดี ร้อยละ 53.60 คุณภาพชีวิตด้านจิตใจในระดับดี ร้อยละ 64.80 คุณภาพชีวิตด้านสัมพันธภาพทางสังคมในระดับปานกลาง ร้อยละ 62.00 และคุณภาพชีวิตด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมในระดับปานกลาง ร้อยละ 68.00

ความเครียดจากงานและภาวะติดงานของผู้ผลิตสื่อ บริษัทด้านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ ในกรุงเทพมหานคร, นัชชา มิตรวารีสัมพันธุ์

วัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อศึกษาความเครียดจากงาน ภาวะติดงาน และปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความเครียดจากงาน ของผู้ผลิตสื่อ บริษัทด้านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ ในกรุงเทพมหานครวิธีการศึกษา : การศึกษานี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนา ณ ช่วงเวลาใดเวลาหนึ่ง โดยการเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ซึ่งเป็นผู้ผลิตสื่อจากบริษัทด้านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ต่าง ๆ ในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 295 คน โดยใช้วิธีการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วน โดยผู้เข้าร่วมการศึกษาทำการตอบแบบสอบถามทั้งหมดด้วยตัวเองอย่างสมัครใจ แบบสอบถามทั้งหมดได้แก่ 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) แบบสอบถามด้านการทำงาน 3) แบบสอบถามความเครียดจากงาน (Work Stress Scale) 4) แบบสอบถามภาวะติดงาน (Bergen Work Addiction Scale, BWAS) 5) แบบสอบถามการสนับสนุนทางสังคม (Social Support Questionnaire) 6) แบบสอบถามความสุขในการทำงาน (Work Happiness Questionnaire) นำเสนอความเครียดจากงานและภาวะติดงาน โดยใช้สัดส่วน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าสูงสุด ค่าต่ำสุด และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน แล้วจึงทำการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยระหว่างความเครียดจากงานและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยใช้สถิติไคสแควร์ และการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยลอจิสติกเพื่อระบุปัจจัยทำนายความเครียดจากงานระดับสูงถึงสูงมากของผู้ผลิตสื่อ โดยกำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติไว้ที่ต่ำกว่า 0.5ผลการศึกษา : มากกว่าครึ่ง (ร้อยละ 56.3) ของผู้ผลิตสื่อมีความเครียดอยู่ในระดับสูง โดยมีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยของค่าคะแนนความเครียดเท่ากับ 53.71 ± 12.35 และมีผู้ที่มีภาวะติดงานร้อยละ 23.1 จากการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง พบว่าการมีภาวะติดงานมีความสัมพันธ์กับความเครียดจากงานในระดับสูงถึงสูงมากอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และปัจจัยอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้แก่ การสนับสนุนทางสังคมระดับต่ำถึงปานกลาง ความสุขในการทำงานระดับต่ำมากถึงปานกลาง และการทำงานมากกว่า 9 ชั่วโมงต่อวัน (p<0.01) ซึ่งปัจจัย เหล่านี้เองก็เป็นปัจจัยทำนายของความเครียดจากงานระดับสูงถึงสูงมากเช่นกัน สรุปผลการศึกษา : ผู้ผลิตสื่อ บริษัทด้านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ในกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยส่วนมาก (ร้อยละ 56.3) มีความเครียดจากงานระดับสูง และพบภาวะติดงานร้อยละ 23.1 ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องและเป็นปัจจัยทำนายของความเครียดจากงานระดับสูงถึงสูงมาก คือ ภาวะติดงาน การสนับสนุนทางสังคมระดับต่ำถึงปานกลาง ความสุขในการทำงานระดับต่ำมากถึงปานกลาง และการทำงานมากกว่า 9 ชั่วโมงต่อวัน
