Spirituality is often associated with mental health, including stress. Older people tend to have high rates of involvement in spirituality rather than young people. This study aimed to identify the relationship between spiritual behavior and the stress levels of 152 high school students, using a descriptive correlation research design. The data collection techniques involved a spiritual dimension scale questionnaire and the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale 42 (DASS 42). The data were analyzed using Spearman's rho correlation test. Tuberculosis (TB) is a global public health problem. Families need to meet healthcare needs during the treatment of TB sufferers. This study aims to identify healthcare needs of families caring for patients with the disease. The cross-sectional study involved 83 families caring for TB patients. The research was conducted at a Primary Healthcare Center in an urban area in West Java. The objective of this study was to measure virtually-based objective structured clinical exam (OSCE) pass rates of student pharmacists who received remote, synchronous instruction on medication reconciliation compared with OSCE pass rates from the previous class, who received face to face synchronous instruction and OSCEs. Advanced diabetes technologies have produced increasingly favorable outcomes compared to older treatments. Disparities in practice resources have led to a treatment disparity by clinical setting, where endocrinologists typically prescribe far more such technologies than primary care providers (PCPs). Purpose: At the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) granted flexibility for audio-only visits. However, CMS indicated possible cessation of reimbursement for audio-only telehealth when the pandemic ends. This project explored current audio-only telehealth reimbursement and proposed post-pandemic policies for Medicaid beneficiaries at the state level and the perceived benefits and challenges from the perspective of rural providers.

This article discusses yet another perfect storm: Post COVID-19 (acute and non-acute) syndrome, high chronic disease burdens, advanced age, and polypharmacy. The expected hyper polypharmacy that should result from the added disease and symptom burden due to post COVID-19 syndrome is discussed, as well as the importance of studying the incidence and characteristics to be able to address avoidable medication-related problems.

The current study examined the impact of organizational mission's components, quality, research and development (R & D), customer satisfaction, and technology, on achieving a competitive advantage as measured by sales volume, market share, and net financial profit. Five public Jordanian pharmaceutical companies in Amman city were randomly selected from a population of eighteen pharmaceutical industrial companies. Introduction: The slow increase in use of telemedicine began to expand rapidly, along with reimbursement changes, during the coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. Standardized protocols for these services are lacking but are needed for effective and equitable health care. In this study, we queried pediatric nephrologists and their patients about their telemedicine experiences during the pandemic.

Methods: Surveys that were in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act were deployed online to patients and physicians.

BACKGROUND AND AIMS: Electronic health record (EHR)-based research allows the capture of large amounts of data, which is necessary in NAFLD, where the risk of clinical liver outcomes is generally low. The lack of consensus on which International Classification of Diseases (ICD) codes should be used as exposures and outcomes limits comparability and generalizability of results across studies. We aimed to establish consensus among a panel of experts on ICD codes that could become the reference standard and provide guidance around common methodological issues.
