Located in the Wumeng Mountain region of southern China, encompassed with vast range of stretching between Sichuan, Guizhou, and Yunnan Provinces, Shuicheng, Guizhou Province, has long been plagued by karst landscapes, rocky desertification along with the poverty that comes with it.
