MTAS Publications: Full Publications

However, attention should be given to the provisions that must conform to individual municipal charter requirements such as prescribed language for ordaining clauses, number of readings for ordinances, etc. The Sample Code may be used as a basis for drafting a complete code of ordinances or a single ordinance addressing a particular need.
