The letter was sent to the International Peace Practitioners Network (IPPN). For reference, IPPN is a project of the Peace Psychology Division of the American Psychological Association and of Psychologists for Social Responsibility
The letter itself was subsequently forwarded to IBPP by IPPN, and the content of the letter was not verified by IBPP.

This interview of Mr. Dragoslav Jeremic of Belgrade, Yugoslavia, was conducted via email by Global Network Initiative staffer Gil Grein and completed on April 12, 1999. Mr. Jeremic is a 70 year old retired chemist and university professor who specialized in teaching students about spectroscopy and other experimental techniques useful in studying organic molecular structures. Mr. Jeremic is also a Grandfather. The interview focused on the current crisis between NATO and Yugoslavia.

IBPP suggests that readers analyze this statement in the context of the objectives publicly ventured by the North Atlantic Treaty Organization as rationale for its ongoing attacks on Yugoslav military assets that began on March 24, 1999.
