Research on walking, the built environment, and healthy communities is a fairly recent area of inquiry, accelerated over the last ten years by an increased interest in the relationship between urban form and public health. A series of macro-oriented logic models and micro-focused data collection tools have been developed over this time in order to understand this healthy communities issue, as well as operationalize the hypotheses around the connection between the built environment and physical activity. This report describes the economic impact of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s (NASA) Glenn Research Center (Glenn) on the eight-county Northeast Ohio region and the state of Ohio during FY 2007.1 The report also provides some background information related to NASA Glenn’s R&D activities and an overview of Glenn. The analysis was conducted by the Center for Economic Development at Cleveland State University’s Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs.

This report describes the findings from the third study of Dashboard indicators using the framework that was developed in the previous two studies. The framework resulted in a set of indicators that explains the dynamics of regional economic growth for large and mid-sized metropolitan areas in the United States. The objective of this study is to continue monitoring the performance of Northeast Ohio metropolitan areas over time and in comparison to other metropolitan areas across the United States.

The objective of the entrepreneurship Confidence Survey is to assess the entrepreneurial climate and entrepreneurs’ confidence in their ability to start and sustain a business in Northeast Ohio. This is the third year that the survey has been conducted, and the intention is to continue conducting the survey annually for the next several years to identify trends that might emerge. Recently, policymakers at the Arkansas Department of Education were pleased to release the results of the 2008 Benchmark exams, which indicate more Arkansas students are becoming proficient each year. This is good news for Arkansas, as the Benchmark exam is an Arkansas developed exam used to compare student performance to state standards. Nevertheless, it is also important to take note of how Arkansas students perform compared to students across the nation, which is where the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) plays an important role. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendapat gambaran potensi pasar dan atribut pelayanan rumah sakit yang diharapkan masyarakat muslim. Penelitian yang menggunakan model SERVQUAL ini dimodifikasi dengan 4 karakteristik syariah marketing dan dikelompokkan dalam people, place, symbols, equipment, dan price. On 22 August 2008 while de-miner [the Victim] was working in his clearance lane from up downward direction. He used scraper as a standard tool for excavation, but the area was hard and bushy. The de-miner hit the mine directly on its top during excavation and caused the explosion. However the deminer had worn his PPE but has got some injuries on his finger and arm of his right hand.
