On 12 July 2007 at 12:37 pm an UXO accident occurred at Task Site CDS Jebel Kujoor. PKF-BGD-JBA-02448. A mine blast incident occurred at approximately 11:07hrs on Wednesday 18/07/2007 in the minefield No-69270030(Marina). Deminer [the Victim] detonated one M-35 anti personnel blast mine due to pulling the anchor wire. At the time of the incident the deminer was wearing the PPE (Body vest and Goggles). Task# 132 is part of security belt of Bagram Regiment -40 which is contaminated by AP mines. Deminer [the Victim] using a hand trowel excavated onto an AP mine and caused it to detonate. As a result of this detonation he suffered minor injuries to his right hand and more serious to his face and both eyes with serious corneal defect to right eye, first degree burns to his face and ear damage.

A mine blast incident occurred at approximately 08:35hrs on Sunday 01/07/2007 in the minefield 69270030. The deminer detonated a M35 Belgium anti personnel blast mine due in direct contact to the top of the mine. At the time of the incident the deminer was wearing the PPE (Body vest and Goggles).
