التمكين النفسي: ثروة لتعزيز السلوك الريادي دراسة تحليلية لآراء عينة من تدريسي جامعة المثنى, كمال كاظم طاهر الحسني

تهدف الدراسة الى تمييز الدور الذي يمارسه التمكين النفسي في السلوك الريادي . تضمن التمكين النفسي اربعة ابعاد هي : المقدرة، المعنى، الكفاءة الذاتية والاثر. تمثلت عينة الدراسة بـ (80) تدريسي في ثلاث كليات في جامعة المثنى . اظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود مستوى جيد من التمكين النفسي المدرك من قبل عينة الدارسة في كل الكليات المبحوثة وكانت القيمة العليا للتأثير ، المقدرة ، المعنى والاستقلالية . السلوك الريادي ايضا بلغ مستوى عالي للمتوسط الحسابي . اما اهم الاستنتاجات التي توصلت لها الدراسة هو وجود تأثير مهم للتمكين النفسي على السلوك الريادي .

This paper examines a dynamic stochastic economy with a benevolent government that cannot commit to its future policies. I consider equilibria that are timeconsistent and allow for history-dependent strategies. A new numerical algorithm is developed to solve for the set of equilibrium payoffs. For a baseline economy calibrated to the U.S. economy, the capital income tax with the highest social welfare is slightly procyclical, while the labor income tax is countercyclical. Compared with the data, this equilibrium provides a better account of the cyclical properties of U.S. tax policy than other solutions that abstract from history dependence. The welfare cost …

This research is a meta-analysis of studies on Crew Resource Management (CRM)/Incident Command System implementation in the fire and emergency services. After a thorough literature review, four sets of results were analyzed to determine if CRM training was effective. An aggregate total of 283 test scores were evaluated. The data indicated that CRM training was effective in all studies analyzed. Fixed and random effects models indicated significance as well. The studies had a high degree of heterogeneity probably due to different training and testing procedures used. The data support the use of CRM training in the fire and emergency services. …

The purpose of this case study was to examine what motivates people to engage in ethnic- and nationality-based community organizations and provide information to leaders of the ethnic- and nationality-based community organizations to develop best practices with ways to attract and retain volunteers. The law is based on the theory of managed competition and it is more likely to affect businesses with fewer employees than to affect larger businesses that already offer health insurance. يهدف البحث الى يفحص العلاقة بين توزيعات الارباح والقيمة السوقية للاسهم المدرجة في سوق العراق للاوراق المالية , ومدى تأثره بالقدرة الربحية والتدفق النقدي الحر والرافعة المالية . وقد تم فحص هذه العلاقة بأستخدام تحليل الانحدار المتعدد .تكونت عينة البحث من 42 شركة مساهمة مدرجة في سوق العراق للاوراق المالية موزعة على قطاعات المصارف والمالية والخدمات والصناعية خلال الفترة 2010-2014.اظهرت نتائج البحث وجود علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الارباح الموزعة والقيمة السوقية للاسهم في القطاعات عينة البحث كما بينت نتائج البحث عدم وجود اثر للرافعة المالية على العلاقة بين الارباح الموزعة والقيمة السوقية للاسهم .

We introduce the concept of cultural beliefs about questionable conduct, and examine how these beliefs interact with stigma consciousness to influence punishment and two withdrawal behaviors: turnover and absenteeism. We used a sample of Mexican police officers in a border city and implemented a mixed method design, paying attention to the national, occupational, and organizational context of this setting. We conducted a qualitative phase to explore the prevalence and meaning of occupational stigma and four cultural beliefs about questionable conduct: greed, toughness, wariness, and savvy. The American Indians population in Minneapolis, Minnesota has experienced limited health care access and threefold diabetes health disparity. The purpose of this study was to measure the extent to which collaborating marketplace clinics and community-based support groups expanded diabetes care and provided self-management education for this largely urban Indian neighborhood. The marketplace clinics located in nearby CVS, Walmart, Target, and Supervalu stores committed financial support, certified educators, and pharmacy staff for the community-based support group. A task force commissioned by President Obama overhauled the U.S. Military Transitioning Program (MTP) in 2012-2013. U.S. veterans have continued to struggle with military transitions following the MTP restructuring. The purpose of this phenomenological inquiry was to explore the critical success factors of the MTP after the redesign based on perceptions of 20 military officers intending to transition to the civilian sector in the National Capital Region. ERM proposes the integrated management of all the risks an organization faces, which inherently requires alignment of risk management with corporate governance and strategy. The Massachusetts Business Roundtable (MBR) collaborated with a team from the Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) from the University of Massachusetts Boston to interview business leaders to explore the important intersection of talent, transportation, and housing on the state’s economy. The ELP Team obtained the insights of 15 key business leaders, industry experts as well as public policy organizations on these important issues and their impact across the Commonwealth. This research seeks to capture the views of stakeholders throughout Massachusetts. The ELP Team surveyed the landscape by reviewing trends and current research on these policy issues.

The Effects Of Acquisition On Restaurant Firms’ Performance: Different-Sector Versus Same-Sector Acquisitions, Yongjin Lee

This study examines the postacquisition accounting performance of acquiring firms in the restaurant industry between 1992 and 2012. Specifically, this study investigates the effects of different-sector and same-sector restaurants acquisitions between full-service and limited-service restaurants on restaurant firms' performance. Additionally, the Wilcoxon signed-rank test and regression model are used to examine return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE) for the accounting performance of the acquiring restaurants.

The ROA and ROE reveal that the profitability is significantly negative up to 5 years after firms are acquired. However, negative effects are strongest within the first year after acquisition and decrease …

تعد ظاهرة الاغراق السلعي واحدة من التحديات التي تواجه الاقتصاد العراقي ولاسيما بعدعام2003 حيث شهد ت السوق العراقية انفتاحا كبيرا امام السلع المستوردة من مختلف دولالعالم ، وكان لهذه الظاهرة الغير مخطط لها اثر كبير على الاقتصاد العراقي في جوانبه المختلفة فقد ادت الى تراجع القطاع الصناعي والقطاع الزراعي وتزايد معدلات البطالة وزيادة الميل نحو الاستهلاك عما كان عليه سابقا وقد ساهم في استشراء هذه الظاهره هو عدم وجود قوانين تنظم الاستيراد، والضعف الواضح في اجهزة الرقابه فضلا عن تأخر الحكومات المتعاقبه في وضع الحلول لهذه الظاهره.

تعد اينما وجدت الضريبة أداة مهمة من أدوات السياسة المالية وذلك كونها احد مصادر الإيرادات العامة للدولة التي تعتمد عليها في رسم سياستها المالية ومع توسع نطاق وأنواع الضرائب نتج عنه ظاهرة خطيرة سميت بالتهرب الضريبي وتساعد فاعلية اداء مراقبي الحسابات في الحد منها لذلك يهدف هذا البحث إلى توضيح أهمية دور مراقب الحسابات عند المصادقة على الحسابات الختامية المقدمة من قبل المكلفين (الأفراد والشركات) في الحد من ظاهرة التهرب الضريبي واختتم البحث بجملة من الاستنتاجات منها مساعدته في تفعيل دور مراقبي الحسابات من خلال الالتزام بمعايير التدقيق وقواعد السلوك المهني وتطبيق التشريعات والقوانين النافذة في الحد من التهرب الضريبي.

سياسات الإستقرار الاقتصادي والتكييف الهيكلي وأثرها في مؤشرات التنمية البشرية في البلدان النامية, علي كاظم هلال

سعت الكثير من البلدان النامية إلى تطبيق سياسات الإستقرار الاقتصادي والتكييف الهيكلي المفروضة من صندوق النقد والبنك الدوليين خلال النصف الثاني من عقد الثمانينات من القرن الماضي ، من بينها سياسات تحرير التجارة الخارجية والانفتاح على اقتصاد السوق، سعياً منها لتحقيق جملة من الأهداف، منها زيادة معدلات النمو الاقتصادي وخفض معدلات التضخم وخفض العجز المالي في الموازنة العامة وخفض العجز في الحساب الجاري لميزان المدفوعات وخفض معدلات البطالة والمديونية الخارجية ، غير إن الواقع العملي أثبت أن تطبيق تلك السياسات قد أفضت إلى ظهور آثار اقتصادية واجتماعية سلبية على التنمية البشرية.
