اهتمت الدراسة الحالية بتحديد أثر السمعة التنظيمية في الانغماس التنظيمي في جامعة وارث الأنبياء ع . وقد أجريت الدراسة على (50) تدريسي في جامعة الوارث وقد تم تصميم استبانة لجمع البيانات المطلوبة من اجل قياس الأبعاد الفرعية للسمعة التنظيمية مع الابعاد الفرعية للانغماس الوظيفي ولغرض تحديد مستوى التأثير ما بين المتغيرات . وقد تم استخدام مجموعة من الوسائل الإحصائية في قياس المتغيرات ذات العلاقة (الوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، معامل الارتباط “بيرسون” )، وتشير الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط ذات دلالة معنويه بين مكونات السمعة التنظيمية بأبعادها ( المسؤولية الاجتماعية , صورة المنظمة , الابداع , جودة الخدمة , جذب الموهوبين …

الغرض من البحث الحالي هو معرفة علاقة الوضوح الاستراتيجي والمتمثل بـ(وضوح الانشطة والاجراءات, ووضوح الاهداف, ووضوح استعمال الموارد, و وضوح دور الموظفين, ووضوح الهيكل التنظيمي, و وضوح الادوار القيادية) التي تمتلكها العينة المدروسة, في المنظمات الريادية و المتمثلة بـ (الاستقلالية, والابداعية, والاستباقية, وتحمل المخاطرة), واعتمد البحث على الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات الضرورية واللازمة لتحقيق هدفها. اذ تم توزيع (67) استمارة لتحديد مستوى توافر الوضوح الاستراتيجي والمنظمات الريادية, وعليه تم استخدام (55) استمارة صالحة للتحليل، فضلا عن انه تم استعمال مجموعة من الاساليب الاحصائية متمثل بالوسط الحسابي الموزون، والانحراف المعياري، ومعامل الارتباط البسيط بيرسون، ومعامل الانحدار البسيط. وأظهرت نتائج البحث …

E-Paper service at the Library of the Indonesian House of Representatives (also known as the DPR RI library) provides information on Indonesia's latest issues for experts and parliament members. The service served its main purpose as information support for decision-making and the law and regulation-making processes. This study audited the information resources management on E-Paper services in the DPR RI library and identify problems that arise during the management process. We interviewed 20 informants comprising librarians, library managers, the head of the library, and service users (experts and parliament members). The research seeks to understand the effects of regulations on business performance and how to right-size them for a healthy business environment. Employee turnover can be costly; estimates for recruiting and training new hires are between 90% and 200% of the employee's annual salary. Understanding employee intent to leave is critical for managers to reduce turnover rates. Grounded in Herzberg’s two-factor model, the purpose of this quantitative correlational study was to examine the relationship between federal government agency employees' perception of their work experience, employee perception of supervisors, and employee intent to leave. Secondary data from 359,120 completed surveys from the 2020 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) were analyzed.
