Purpose of study: The effectiveness of organizational capabilities as a method for enhancing the functioning of the organizational immune system was investigated in this research. Methodology: A field research was carried out at an Iraqi insurance business with (150) personnel. This study was utilized to evaluate and answer all of the research questions using a quantitative method. Then, using hierarchical regression analysis with SPSS as an analysis tool, hypotheses for direct effects are tested(127) surveys valid for analysis. The goal of this analysis is to investigate and assess the impact of governance structures on the disclosure of environmental accounting on financial results and firm valuation. The research was carried out on companies listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange in the hospitality sub-sector for the duration of 2015–2019. Sampling is achieved by purposeful sampling. Path analysis and moderated regression analysis are the analysis techniques utilized (MRA). Today, while the number of stunted children is decreasing in all geographies, the progress is not consistent. Moreover, there is an increasing prevalence of overweight and obesity among children and adolescent. Globally, about half of all children under five do not receive essential nutrients, often unnoticed until too late. On the other end of the spectrum, the incidence of overweight and obesity in 5-19 year old has increased from 4% in 1975 to 18% in 2016 ¹. Strategies to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, specifically quarantine and social distancing protocols, have exposed a troubling paradox: mandated isolation meant to save lives has inadvertently contributed to a decline in America’s well-being. Prolonged isolation due to more remote work and decentralized workplaces has been associated with widespread loneliness and diminished physical and mental health, with effects compounded by limited face-to-face access to social support systems. Due to climate change, the need to protect biodiversity and reduce pollution, and governmental regulations, many organizations are aiming to become more environmentally sustainable. In this context, researchers and practitioners are increasingly interested in the construct of employee green behavior (EGB). EGB has been considered by numerous empirical studies over the last two decades and its associations with demographic characteristics, individual differences, workrelated perceptions, and job attitudes. To systematically synthesize the rapidly growing literature on EGB, we conducted a meta-analysis (k = 135 independent samples; total N = 47,442 employees). For subsistence communities, the question is whether aspirations can be applied to motivate behavior that is, on the one hand consistent with people’s aspirations, but which might otherwise be difficult to elicit. Could poorer households be encouraged to save, to spend more on their children’s education, or to act against unhealthy social norms? A couple of examples suggest this is not only possible, but highly successful in contexts where other appeals fail.

يمتلك البنك المركزي العراقي الاحتياطيات الاجنبية الناجمة عن شراء الدولار من وزارة المالية وتزويدها بالدينار العراقي لإنفاقه على بنود الموازنة العامة، اذ ان معظم واردات وزارة المالية هي بالعملة الاجنبية ومعظم نفقاتها بالدينار العراقي، فتقوم وزارة المالية بيع الدولار الى البنك المركزي، الذي يتولى اعادة بيعه الى القطاع الخاص للحصول على الدينار، اذ يغطي القطاع الخاص استيراداته بالدولار المشترى، فضلاً عن تغطية الطلبات الاخرى، فعندما يكون الطلب على الدولار اقل مما يحصل عليه البنك المركزي يذهب الفائض الى احتياطي العملة الاجنبية، وعندما يكون الطلب على الدولار اكبر من المورد الاجنبي المتاح يستخدم احتياطي العملة الاجنبية لتغطية العجز، لذلك يزداد الاحتياطي …

تناول البحث مفهوم غاية في الاهمية هو سايكولوجيا الحشود ومدى تأثير هذا المتغير على التميز المنظمي , وهل يسهم هذا المتغير (سايكولوجيا الحشود) في تحقيق التميز المنظمي , وعلى هذا الاساس تمت صياغة فرضيات اثنين لأثبات علاقات الارتباط والآثر بين متغيري البحث , كما تم توزيع (50) استمارة استبانة صالحة للتحليل في بعض اقسام رئاسة جامعة الموصل والتي مثلت مجتمعاً للبحث الحالي , وقد تم التوصل الى عدد من الاستنتاجات والمقترحات والتي تم عرضها في البحث لتمثل ما توصل اليه البحث في جانبه العملي.
