الهدف الأساسي في هذه الدراسة هو تسليط الضوء على تأثير برامج التدريب في ادارة الجودة المستدامة , اذ تم تمثيل عينة الدراسة في العاملين في مطبعة شهداء الشرطة الاستثمارية التابعة الى وزارة الداخلية العراقية وكان عدد العاملين (بين ضابط ،وموظف ،وشرطي ، عمال بصفة عقد )هو (170) عامل لذلك تم صياغة مشكلة الدراسة وأهدافها وفقاً لمتغيرات الدراسة ، وكذلك تم صياغة فرضياتها وفق متغيرات الدراسة ، ولغرض تحليل بيانات الدراسة تم اعتماد الاستبانة لتحليل إجابات العاملين اذ تكونت من ( 41) سؤال موزعة على ابعاد متغيرات الدراسة و كانت نسبة الاستبانات الصالحة للتحليل (92%) اذ كان عدد الاستبانات الصالحة (156) …

In the tax psychology literature, there is a lack of empirical evidence on the degree of distributive justice in taxation. This article aims to test the relationship between trust in public programmes and distributive justice in taxation at the cross-country level. The sample consists of 47 countries. Trust in public programmes and distributive justice in taxation are measured based on data collected from Wave 7 of the World Values Survey, which took place worldwide in 2017-2022. Turnover among public child welfare leaders is prevalent. Across the eight QIC-WD intervention sites, leadership turnover was one of the most common implementation challenges observed by the QIC-WD team. Leadership changes can disrupt the implementation of a workforce initiative by shifting agency-level priorities, the organizational climate, or key staff.

Child welfare leaders may be appointed or hired in many different ways in different jurisdictions. In some states, the Governor appoints a cabinet-level child welfare director who oversees a stand-alone agency. Place-based efforts represent a key approach for philanthropies committed to addressing social determinants of health. This article shares insights and reflections from an experience funding and evaluating the Healthy Neighborhoods Initiative, a $22 million, six-year, place-based effort by two grantmaking foundations in nine geographically and demographically diverse communities across New York state. The initiative aimed to facilitate healthy living by fostering environmental and policy changes to enhance access to nourishing, affordable food and effective spaces for physical activity. Scholarship on foundations has tended to focus on the organizational level or their societal roles. Less attention has been given to foundations’ internal dynamics. Thus, how the roles of foundation staff have developed and evolved has been largely overshadowed. To better understand this development, this article focuses on the individual professional. After a review of a century of research on foundation staff roles, this article maps and synthesizes four research periods highlighting the impact of philanthropic events on role evolution, demonstrating a movement from amateur traditions to emerging professional influences. To contribute to the understanding of freeway capacity and financing options, this study evaluates the demand for truck-only toll lanes on Southern California freeways. The study implemented surveys to both company truck drivers and owner-operator truck drivers to estimate the value they place on time, reliability, and safety measures. The research team met face-to-face with both types of truck drivers near the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach to understand the drivers’ perspectives regarding truck-only toll lanes on Southern California freeways.
