This study stands as a progressive attempt to investigate the intercultural communicative dynamic between African and African American college students enrolled in historically Black colleges and universities. As these two distinct cultures share more of the same space, it becomes increasingly pertinent to evaluate and understand the ways in which perception and stereotype affect intercultural interactions. Utilizing focus group sessions, various cultural nuances and stereotypical perceptions of each culture arecandidly discussed. Public relations continues to be one of the most difficult to define fields. Many strides have been made in the development of public relations theory in an effort to provide some guidelines for practitioners of the field. Among the field's most prominent theories is the two-way symmetrical communication model. The model was deemed the most ideal and normative theory for practicing public relations. INTAN Kiara dan INTAN Kampus Wilayah Tengah (INTENGAH) telah menerima persijilan ISO 9001 pada 30 April 1997. Mulai dari tahun itu, pelaksanaan kursus INTAN di kedua-dua buah kampus adalah berpandukan prosedur kerja di bawah sistem kualiti yang ditetapkan berasaskan MS ISO 9001. Kajian sejauh mana keberkesanan pelaksanaan ISO dalam membantu peningkatan kualiti kursus INTAN tidak pernah dllakukan. Walaupun INTAN mengamalkan sistem penllaian maklumbalas peserta kursus di akhir setiap kursus, namun analisis penilaian tidak pernah dikaitkan dengan pelaksanaan ISO. The purpose of this report was to identify why rural women’s involvement in government decision-making is of a low level despite the concerted government action, and to furthermore provide solutions to inform action. The strength of the research presented is that all information is firmly established in the rural women’s experiences.

This study was conducted at the Public Health Institute (PHI) of the Ministry of Health in Kuala Lumpur to find out the communication sty les of the Division Heads perceived by the subordinates, and their influence on the subordinates' organizational commitment. The survey method was used to collect the necessary information to answer the research questions. The questionnaires were distributed to 125 staff at the Public Health Institute but only 93 completed questionnaires were received.
