This study is aimed to answer the challenges faced by the microfinance sector in Indonesia in regards to poverty reduction. Besides economic deprivation, deprivation to access to economic activities such as isolation from reproduction of social capital, social network, family, and business network, are faced by the poor. Microfinance could be utilized as a tool to reduce poverty through social and financial intermediation process within. The aim of this study is to describing how the moral, cognitive, and motoric aspects of development are carried out by the teacher through the implementation of different curriculum at 'X' Kindergarten and 'Y' Kindergarten, with qualitative methods and descriptive design. The result shows there are diversity of ways of development used by the teachers and there are advantages possessed X Kindergarten emphasis on the moral aspects of development, so allocate time specifically in that regard. The research discusses about the Social Capital Formation Among Djarum Scholars/ Beswan Djarum (The Study of Implementation of Djarum Beasiswa Plus Program). In order to explain the matter, the approach that is used is descriptive qualitative research design. The results showed that the formation of social capital is related to the activity which was followed by Beswan Djarum as a process of both formal and informal processes. The Informal and formal process can enhance and broaden interaction among Beswan Djarum and produces a variety of benefits.

Exploring The Revenue Mix Of Nonprofit Organizations: Does It Relate To Publicness?, Robert L. Fischer

Nonprofits receive funding from multiple revenue sources, including private contributions and earned program revenues. In this article, we hypothesize that the composition of revenues is a result of the nature of services provided—specifically whether services are public, private, or mixed in the nature of their benefits. Using subfields from three major fields in the National Taxonomy of Exempt Entities (NTEE), this study divides nonprofits according to service type and estimates the impact of service character on particular revenue streams and overall revenue diversification.
