This is a series of three podcast episodes under the series name "Green Gals" with a companion website of the same name. Each episode focuses on a different aspect of sustainable living with the goal of providing valuable tools, tips and information that everyday people can use to integrate sustainability into their everyday lives. This paper investigates the increase in Donald Trump’s young male voters in the 2024 presidential election through his digital media campaign. Trump was a guest on over 15 podcasts and livestreams, almost exclusively hosted by men. This paper examines three podcasts to discover what techniques Trump used to appeal to male voters: Impaulsive with Logan Paul, This Past Weekend with Theo Von, and The Joe Rogan Experience. For my Honors Senior Thesis, I created a podcast-style interview series called "Off The Beaten Path". In this podcast, I interview individuals who have been unafraid to grab life by the horns and choose a riskier, less traditional path in pursuit of their passion or the goal of bringing their own new creation to life. My interest in this would be to hopefully integrate any takeaways relevant to this mindset into my own personal perspective, and to disseminate the insights from these interviews to others who may benefit from hearing them.

Kentucky has a rich cultural identity, built upon a storied local history. Unfortunately, certain aspects of local cultural history, such as the origins of Kentucky vernacular music or how the bourbon industry has promoted growth in Kentucky’s communities, are not readily apparent. The increasing popularity and accessibility of podcasting offers local historians an opportunity to address this problem.
