Financial literacy awareness is low among young adults, and financial literacy among Black college students is significantly lower than in other groups (Singh, 2018). However, there is little to no research on why financial literacy is so low among young Black men between 18 and 25. Few studies specifically show how financial literacy and decision-making may be related to their family economics and socialization for young Black men. The purpose of the current study was to help amplify and analyze Black American elementary student voice in a post-2020 world. Discussions and writings were conducted at the students’ charter school in spaces where students voiced what it meant to be a Black American youth through both verbal and written means. The current qualitative study focused on using discussions and creative writing to help participants make sense of their identity in their school, community, and the United States. In the mountainous region of Sapa, Vietnam, the Hmong community navigates the complex interplay of preserving their cultural identity amidst immense pressure to modernize. This thesis, centered on Hmong women, delves into their selective adaptation to contemporary challenges, particularly in education and employment. Using document research, a survey, and fieldwork this study draws from both historical data and firsthand accounts. These findings highlight significant disparities in educational attainment and employment opportunities when compared to the national average. การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสบการณ์ของนักจิตวิทยาการปรึกษาแนวพุทธผู้เชี่ยวชาญในการทำความเข้าใจปัญหาของผู้มารับบริการ โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแนวปรากฏการณ์วิทยาแบบตีความ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก 6 ราย เป็นนักจิตวิทยาการปรึกษาผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่ปฏิบัติงานโดยใช้การปรึกษาเชิงจิตวิทยาแนวพุทธเป็นฐาน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ใช้คำถามสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพบประสบการณ์สำคัญ 3 ประเด็น กล่าวคือ (1) การเตรียมความพร้อมโดยคำนึงถึงบริบทของผู้มารับบริการ และเอื้อให้ตระหนักถึงปัญหา (2) การทำความเข้าใจปัญหาโดยอาศัยการเชื่อมสมาน การเห็นปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นต่อเนื่องสัมพันธ์กัน และการเห็นลักษณะร่วมของปัญหา (3) การใช้หลักพุทธธรรมในการเข้าถึงต้นเหตุของปัญหา ตระหนักถึงทิฏฐิที่อยู่เบื้องหลัง ตลอดจนแยกแยะในสภาวะที่ปรากฏว่าส่วนใดเป็นคุณส่วนใดเป็นโทษ

งานวิจัยนี้มุ่งเน้นศึกษาถึง การรับรู้ความสามารถในการเป็นแม่ของแม่มือใหม่ โดยศึกษาตัวแปรทำนาย 4 ตัว คือ ปริมาณเวลาที่แม่มือใหม่ใช้เข้าถึงเนื้อหาบนโซเชียลมีเดียที่สร้างโดยแม่ออนไลน์อินฟลูเอนเซอร์ พฤติกรรมในการชอบเปรียบเทียบตนเองกับแม่ออนไลน์อินฟลูเอนเซอร์ ความเชื่อมั่นในตัวแม่ออนไลน์อินฟลูเอนเซอร์ และประสบการณ์การประสบความสำเร็จของแม่มือใหม่ในการเลี้ยงลูกช่วงขวบปีแรก กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นแม่มือใหม่จำนวน 81 คน ที่มีลูกคนแรกและคนเดียวอายุระหว่าง 1-3 ปี และติดตามแม่ที่เป็นออนไลน์อินฟลูเอนเซอร์เป็นประจำ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถาม และมาตรวัดตัวแปรต่าง ๆ ในการวิจัย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติการถดถอยเชิงขั้น (hierarchical regression analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ตัวแปรที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการรับรู้ความสามารถในการเป็นแม่ของแม่มือใหม่อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ได้แก่ ประสบการณ์การประสบความสำเร็จในอดีต (ß = .522, p

สารนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มุ่งศึกษาความเชื่อมโยงอาเซียนตามนโยบายการเป็นจุดหมายปลายทางเดียวด้านการท่องเที่ยว โดยผู้เขียนได้ใช้กรอบแนวคิดการพึ่งพาอาศัยกันมาใช้และวิเคราะห์อุปสรรคและความท้าทายที่ทำให้การดำเนินงานในด้านดังกล่าวของอาเซียนยังไม่ประสบความสำเร็จเท่าที่ควร โดยได้ศึกษาความร่วมมือของอาเซียน สถานการณ์การท่องเที่ยวของอาเซียน ตลอดจนความเป็นมา บทบาทของอาเซียน รวมถึงความก้าวหน้าการดำเนินการสำคัญที่เกี่ยวข้องกับนโยบายการเป็นจุดหมายปลายทางเดียวด้านการท่องเที่ยว ซึ่งจากการศึกษาสารนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ต้องการนำเสนอว่าอาเซียนเล็งเห็นถึงความสำคัญของการท่องเที่ยวในฐานะอุตสาหกรรมที่มีการเติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่อง และเป็นอุตสาหกรรมที่สามารถขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจและลดช่องว่างทางเศรษฐกิจของประเทศสมาชิกอาเซียนได้ ทำให้อาเซียนพยายามส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวและสร้างความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศสมาชิกหรือกับประเทศนอกภูมิภาค โดยมีนโยบายที่มีการพูดถึงในเวทีการประชุมรัฐมนตรีการท่องเที่ยวอาเซียนในช่วงหลายปีที่ผ่านมาคือ การผลักดันอาเซียนเป็นจุดหมายปลายทางเดียวด้านการท่องเที่ยว แต่การผลักดันนโยบายดังกล่าวเผชิญกับอุปสรรคและความท้าทายในหลายมิติ อาทิ มิติด้านวัฒนธรรมที่ส่งผลต่อการวางกรอบแนวคิด ก่อให้เกิดความรู้สึกเป็นอื่น และเกิดการแก่งแย่งอัตลักษณ์ระหว่างกัน มิติการเมืองและความมั่นคงที่ทำให้แต่ละประเทศสมาชิกตีความผลประโยชน์สำคัญและภัยคุกคามที่แตกต่างกัน มิติด้านเศรษฐกิจที่ทำให้เกิดทั้งความเหลื่อมล้ำในการพัฒนาและความเหลื่อมล้ำเรื่องอำนาจในการริเริ่มหรือแสดงความคิดเห็นต่อนโยบายด้านการท่องเที่ยว รวมถึงมิติอื่น ๆ อย่างความท้าทายจากปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อมและโรคระบาดที่เป็นภัยคุกคามรูปแบบใหม่และมีแนวโน้มที่จะรุนแรงเพิ่มขึ้นทุกขณะ

บทความนี้มุ่งตอบคำถามมูลนิธิญี่ปุ่น สำนักงานกรุงเทพฯ ในการดำเนินกิจกรรมส่งเสริมและสร้างภาพลักษณ์ด้านบวกใดของญี่ปุ่นผ่านกิจกรรมและเครื่องมือทางวัฒนธรรมที่มีส่วนสำคัญในการสร้างการรับรู้และเกิดภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีของญี่ปุ่นในประเทศไทย และความท้าทายในการดำเนินงานด้านการทูตสาธารณะในประเทศไทย ทำให้มูลนิธิญี่ปุ่น สำนักงานกรุงเทพฯ ปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบและวิธีการนำเสนอภาพลักษณ์ด้านบวกของญี่ปุ่นอย่างไร ผลการศึกษาพบว่า บทบาทของมูลนิธิญี่ปุ่น สำนักงานกรุงเทพฯ นับว่ามีส่วนสำคัญต่อการส่งเสริมการทูตสาธารณะของญี่ปุ่นเป็นอย่างมาก โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในการรักษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศ มิตรภาพ ความไว้เนื้อเชื่อใจและความเข้าใจซึ่งกันและกันผ่านกลไกทางวัฒนธรรม ภาษาและการสื่อสาร ในการปลูกฝังมิตรภาพและความผูกพันร่วมกันระหว่างประเทศไทยกับประเทศญี่ปุ่น โดยอาศัยการสร้างความร่วมมือแบบพันธมิตรและสร้างเครือข่ายกับประชาชนในชาตินั้น ๆ ในการส่งเสริมให้เกิดการรับรู้อย่างลึกซึ้งในภาพลักษณ์ด้านความสุภาพอ่อนโยนและใฝ่สันติซึ่งเป็นแก่นแท้ของความเป็นญี่ปุ่น แม้ว่าในปัจจุบันการดำเนินกิจกรรมด้านการทูตสาธารณะของญี่ปุ่นกำลังเผชิญกับความท้าทายจากการดำเนินงานด้านการทูตสาธารณะที่มาจากประเทศอื่น ๆ ที่กำลังดำเนินงานอยู่ในประเทศไทยอย่างเข้มข้นและจริงจังในขณะนี้ แต่มูลนิธิญี่ปุ่น สำนักงานกรุงเทพฯ ได้มีการเรียนรู้ ทบทวนและปรับบทบาทของตนให้เหมาะสมต่อสถานการณ์และกระแสความนิยมของคนไทยอยู่เสมอ นอกจากนี้ การดำเนินโครงการหรือกิจกรรม ถูกออกแบบให้เข้ากับบริบท วิถีชีวิต และความสนใจที่หลากหลาย ซึ่งเกิดจากพื้นฐานความเข้าใจในบริบทของสังคมไทยเป็นอย่างดี ทำให้การดำเนินโครงการหรือกิจกรรมประสบผลสำเร็จและได้รับกระแสตอบรับเป็นอย่างมาก ซึ่งสะท้อนให้เห็นจากการดำเนินโครงการหรือกิจกรรมที่ยังคงดำเนินอย่างต่อเนื่องในปัจจุบัน

มหาสมุทรอินเดียเป็นมหาสมุทรที่มีเส้นทางการค้าทางทะเลมาอย่างยาวนาน จึงกลายเป็นมหาสมุทรที่มีทำเลยุทธศาสตร์ที่สำคัญต่อการเมืองและเศรษฐกิจโลก เนื่องจากการค้าและการขนส่งทางทะเลส่วนมากจะต้องเดินเรือผ่านมหาสมุทรอินเดีย ส่งผลให้ปัจจุบันมีการเดินเรือผ่านมหาสมุทรดังกล่าวอย่างคับคั่ง ทั้งนี้มหาสมุทรอินเดียยังได้ยึดโยงหลายทวีปไว้ด้วยกัน เปรียบเสมือนเป็นเส้นทางการค้า เป็นหัวใจสำคัญที่หล่อเลี้ยงเศรษฐกิจของนานาประเทศในภูมิภาคมหาสมุทรอินเดีย ในขณะเดียวกันประเทศอินเดียถือเป็นประเทศที่มีที่ตั้งทางภูมิศาสตร์อันได้เปรียบจากการมีแนวชายฝั่งทางทะเลซึ่งติดกับมหาสมุทรอินเดียทั้งด้านตะวันตกและตะวันออก รัฐบาลอินเดียจึงเริ่มตระหนักถึงความสำคัญต่อมหาสมุทรอินเดียและผลประโยชน์ที่ตนจะได้รับจากการมีตำแหน่งทางภูมิศาสตร์อันเป็นเอกลักษณ์นี้ โดยมีการริเริ่มและพัฒนานโยบายความมั่นคงทางทะเลของตนเพื่อรักษาอธิปไตยทางทะเลและสร้างความมั่นคงทางการเมือง ทางทหาร รวมถึงเพื่อเพิ่มอัตราการเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจของตนในภูมิภาคมหาสมุทรอินเดียให้มากยิ่งขึ้น เนื่องจากมหาสมุทรอินเดียเป็นมหาสมุทรซึ่งเป็นเส้นทางการค้าทางทะเลที่สำคัญ ส่งผลให้ประเทศที่มีอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตเป็นหลักและมีข้อจำกัดทางภูมิศาสตร์ด้านทางออกทางทะเลอย่างจีนพยายามที่จะหาทางออกทางทะเลอีกด้านคือ มหาสมุทรอินเดีย แม้ว่าความพยายามขยายอิทธิพลของจีนสู่มหาสมุทรอินเดียจะก่อให้เกิดเป็นความกังวลต่ออินเดีย อย่างไรก็ตามนโยบายความมั่นคงทางทะเลของอินเดียที่ใช้ในการหยั่งอิทธิพลในภูมิภาคมหาสมุทรอินเดียที่ถูกริเริ่มขึ้นนั้น มิได้เป็นเพียงนโยบายเพื่อสร้างความมั่นคงทางทะเลของตนเพียงเท่านั้น แต่อินเดียต้องการพัฒนาประเทศของตนให้มีศักยภาพเพิ่มขึ้นเพื่อการทะยานขึ้นมามีบทบาทและเป็นผู้เล่นที่สำคัญในเวทีโลก

โครงสร้างพื้นฐานสำคัญของประเทศ (Critical Infrastructure: CI) ถือเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาประเทศทั้งในด้านเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และความมั่นคง รวมถึงยังสามารถเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันด้วยการดึงดูดการลงทุนและขับเคลื่อนระบบเศรษฐกิจของประเทศ หาก CI ไม่สามารถให้บริการได้อย่างปกติและต่อเนื่องย่อมก่อให้เกิดความไร้เสถียรภาพในการจัดบริการสาธารณะที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อทุกมิติเช่นกัน ด้วยเหตุนี้ CI ถือเป็นพื้นที่สำคัญซึ่งรัฐในฐานะตัวแสดงหลักของสังคมจำเป็นจะต้องปกป้องรักษา ภายใต้สภาวการณ์ที่ตัวแสดงอื่นซึ่งมุ่งหวังที่จะลดทอนคุณค่าของความเป็นรัฐคุกคามพื้นที่ CI ผ่านการก่อวินาศกรรมและการก่อการร้าย ซึ่งถือเป็นภัยคุกคามต่อความมั่นคงของชาติที่ทันสมัยจากการพัฒนากลยุทธ์ในการก่อเหตุที่สามารถสร้างผลกระทบต่อสังคมทั้งในเชิงกายภาพและในเชิงจิตวิทยา อย่างไรก็ดี ผลพวงจากแนวคิดการบริหารจัดการภาครัฐแนวใหม่ได้ผลักดันให้ประเทศต่าง ๆ มีการแปรรูปกิจการของรัฐไปสู่การดำเนินงานในรูปแบบเอกชนมากยิ่งขึ้น นำไปสู่การเพิ่มขึ้นของตัวแสดงที่มีบทบาทในการจัดบริการสาธารณะ ทั้งในฐานะผู้ครอบครองและผู้ขับเคลื่อนโครงสร้างพื้นฐานสำคัญของประเทศที่ไม่ใช่รัฐ ซึ่งการดำเนินการในลักษณะเดียวกันนี้ก็เกิดขึ้นในประเทศไทยเช่นกัน จึงนำมาสู่คำถามวิจัยของสารนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ว่ารัฐดำเนินการหรือมีแนวทางการปกป้องโครงสร้างพื้นฐานสำคัญของประเทศจากการก่อวินาศกรรมและการก่อการร้ายอย่างไร งานวิจัยชิ้นนี้ระบุตัวแสดงที่มีบทบาทในกระบวนการกำหนดนโยบาย และวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ในลักษณะเครือข่ายของตัวแสดง โดยหวังว่าผลจากการศึกษาจะสามารถถูกนำไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลประกอบการจัดทำข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบาย และกระบวนการประสานความร่วมมือในการปกป้องโครงสร้างพื้นฐานสำคัญของประเทศต่อไป

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพัฒนาการความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างไทยกับชนกลุ่มน้อยในประเทศเพื่อนบ้าน เน้นกรณีสหภาพแห่งชาติกะเหรี่ยรวมถึงความสัมพันธ์ที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปตามแต่ละช่วงเวลาระหว่างประเทศไทยและพม่าโดยมีชนกลุ่มน้อยกะเหรี่ยงเป็นเครื่องมือในการดำเนินความสัมพันธ์ การวิจัยพบว่าความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างไทยและพม่ามีพัฒนาการที่เปลี่ยนแปลงตามยุคสมัยตามบริบทการเมืองระหว่างสองประเทศและการเมืองโลก ทั้งนี้ ไทยอาศัยความสัมพันธ์กับกลุ่มกะเหรี่ยงในฐานะเครื่องมือเพื่อตอบสนองต่อผลประโยชน์ของชาติไทยในด้านความมั่นคง เศรษฐกิจ และสังคมวัฒนธรรม ซึ่งเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่ทำให้ประเทศไทยสามารถรักษาเสถียรภาพในภูมิภาคได้

บทบาทและความจำเป็นของกองทัพไทยในคาบสมุทรเกาหลีในยุคปัจจุบัน, พิทยาพงษ์ เกษตรผลจำรูญ

สารนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มุ่งศึกษาบทบาทของกองทัพไทยในการปฏิบัติภารกิจเพื่อส่งเสริมและธำรงไว้ซึ่งสันติภาพในคาบสมุทรเกาหลีในยุคปัจจุบัน และเหตุผลในการดำรงภารกิจในคาบสมุทรเกาหลีนี้ไว้ โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเอกสารเป็นเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยพบว่า กองทัพไทยดำเนินบทบาทเฉพาะที่สำคัญ 2 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) การทำหน้าที่ผู้สังเกตการณ์ทางทหาร ตรวจสอบและยืนยันว่าคู่ขัดแย้งได้ปฏิบัติตามข้อตกลงหยุดยิงทางทหาร และ 2) การมีกำลังพลกองทัพไทยในกองบัญชาการกองกำลังสหประชาชาติที่ทำหน้าที่อยู่ในกองร้อยเกียรติยศ เป็นการแสดงออกเชิงสัญลักษณ์สะท้อนการยึดมั่นในสันติภาพในคาบสมุทรเกาหลี เหตุผลประการสำคัญในการดำรงภารกิจไว้ เนื่องจากประเทศไทยในฐานะรัฐสมาชิกขององค์การสหประชาชาติตระหนักถึงการมีส่วนร่วมในการปฏิบัติการเพื่อส่งเสริมและธำรงไว้ซึ่งสันติภาพ การปฏิบัติตามบรรทัดฐานที่สหประชาชาติกำหนดจะเป็นการสร้างเสริมสถานะและสร้างการยอมรับให้แก่ประเทศไทยในประชาคมโลกและเวทีการเมืองระหว่างประเทศ การคงกำลังทหารของกองทัพไทยในคาบสมุทรเกาหลียังคงมีความจำเป็นต่อประเทศไทยในฐานะสมาชิกขององค์การสหประชาชาติ กองทัพไทยควนดำเนินการด้วยความรอบคอบ ยึดถือนโยบายการรักษาดุลยภาพของความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศ โดยมีเป้าหมายในการเสริมสร้างความไว้เนื้อเชื่อใจ การพัฒนาศักยภาพและขีดความสามารถในการปฏิบัติการร่วมกันเพื่อรับมือปัญหาความมั่นคงรูปแบบใหม่และการส่งเสริมสันติภาพในทุกระดับ

งานศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความเปลี่ยนแปลงและพัฒนาการของนโยบายนวัตกรรมอาหารของไทย อธิบายการปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบริบทเชิงโครงสร้าง เครือข่ายนโยบาย และผลลัพธ์นโยบายเมืองนวัตกรรมอาหาร รวมถึงเปรียบเทียบการจัดการปกครองเครือข่ายนวัตกรรมอาหารตามแนวทางการกำหนดพื้นที่ของเมืองนวัตกรรมอาหาร ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ในช่วงของการกำหนดนโยบาย บริบททางการเมืองและเศรษฐกิจเป็นปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อเครือข่ายนโยบายและผลลัพธ์ของนโยบายเมืองนวัตกรรมอาหารโดยตรง ในขณะที่บริบททางความคิด เช่น แนวคิดนวัตกรรมอาหาร แนวคิดความมั่นคงทางอาหาร เป็นจุดยืนทางนโยบายที่สนับสนุนการพัฒนาทางเศรษฐกิจแบบเสรีนิยมใหม่ เพื่อให้การพัฒนาข้อเสนอทางนโยบายมีความชอบธรรม โดยการกำหนดนโยบายนี้อาศัยระบบความเชื่อในการหลอมรวมจุดยืนทางความคิดและทรัพยากรของแนวร่วมพันธมิตรแต่ละกลุ่มให้มีความสอดคล้องกัน จนนำไปสู่การผลักดันนโยบายเมืองนวัตกรรมอาหารได้เป็นผลสำเร็จ ส่วนการนำนโยบายไปสู่การปฏิบัติระดับพื้นที่ พบว่า แต่ละพื้นที่มีการจัดการปกครองเครือข่ายที่แตกต่างกันทั้งในด้านพันธกิจและวัตถุประสงค์ของเครือข่าย กลยุทธ์ที่ใช้ในการสร้างเครือข่ายและการเลือกพันธมิตร รูปแบบโครงสร้างความร่วมมือ และการกำกับดูแลเครือข่าย อย่างไรก็ตาม ทุกเครือข่ายมีจุดร่วมที่เหมือนกัน คือ ความคาดหวังให้เมืองนวัตกรรมอาหารเป็นระบบนิเวศนวัตกรรมที่หลอมรวมโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและองค์ความรู้ท้องถิ่นที่สอดคล้องกับบริบทและความต้องการของประชาชนในพื้นที่

The Athletic Training Milestones were developed as a comprehensive framework to assess athletic trainers' knowledge, skill, and behavior acquisition across the continuum of athletic training practice. However, without established content validity, it is unclear whether the Athletic Training Milestones can be used effectively as a clinical evaluation and research tool to evaluate competence and performance across multiple users and sites. We conducted a highly conservative content validity index (CVI) with data from 12 content experts. This was achieved via the convergence of experimental philosophy and social psychology research paradigms. Participants were randomly assigned to one of three vignette conditions depicting either a theistic, agnostic, or atheistic universe or a non-vignette control condition.
