The study investigated the factors hindering knowledge sharing practices among librarians in Nigerian federal university libraries. Methods: The study was based on post-positivism research paradigm with survey research design. The UTAUT was employed as the theoretical lens underpinning the study. All the librarians from the six federal university libraries in Southwest constituted the study population. The questionnaire and semi-structured interview were adopted for data gathering. This study investigated a framework for implementing SNS for knowledge sharing in Tanzania's higher learning institutions (HLIs). The study deployed mixed-methods research, where a convergent research design was used. This enabled the researcher to collect quantitative and qualitative data in a similar research phase, but they were analysed differently. A convergent research design enabled the researcher to compare the findings obtained from quantitative data with those from qualitative data to ensure rigour. The literature review technique was used to collect data, focusing on characteristics of publication outputs, focus of the researches, research methods, and summary of key findings. Findings show that research in knowledge management is still limited in Zimbabwe. This paper aims to examine the obstacles and enablers of knowledge sharing in development organisations and determine how each factor affects knowledge sharing in different organisations. It also highlights strategies for successful deployment of knowledge sharing techniques.

The paper opted for a mixed-method approach with a sequential explanatory design. Data were collected using semi-structured questionnaires administered to development practitioners (n=331) and in-depth interviews with key informants (n=11).

Moving toward a sustainable global society requires substantial change in both social and technological systems. This sustainability is dependent not only on addressing the environmental impacts of current social and technological systems, but also on addressing the social, economic and political harms that continue to be perpetuated through systematic forms of oppression and the exclusion of Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC) communities. Knowledge Sharing And Use As Correlate Of Performance -Driven Career Fulfillment: A Case Of Law Library Personnel In Nigeris, Emo Okpidi-Urhibo Barr.

Knowledge management is an efficient way of improving service provision and employee satisfaction. The study tends to examine the correlation among knowledge sharing, and use and career fulfillment in law libraries in Nigeria. Survey design of correlation type was adopted using a population and sample of 113 personnel drawn from ten universities with fully functionalised law library through the census sampling technique. Results show that there were positive relationship between knowledge sharing (r = 0.256), use of shared knowledge (r =0.569) with career fulfillment.
