This study compares the traditional search methods, which is to search from video recordings of the meetings by moving the slider back and forth or by keyword search in transcripts versus integrated AI video plus transcript search. Based on the previous test results, we introduced some human-centric design features to the AI and built a new enhanced AI search tool for information retrieval. For search technique efficiency testing, the method had two set of experiments. This study reports on internet information retrieval experiences and challenges of Aga Khan University library users. The unit of analysis was obtained through a purposive sampling method and data collected using a structured questionnaire. The data was quantitatively analyzed and descriptive statistics provided. 87% (52/60) of the members in the sample completed and returned the questionnaire. 83% indicated that they had prior computer skills and 52% had training in Internet searching. 35% of the respondents who did not use any of the search techniques indicated, was noted. This study compared the results of data collected from a longitudinal query analysis of the MEDLINE database hosted on multiple platforms that include PubMed, EBSCOHost, Ovid, ProQuest, and Web of Science. The goal was to identify variations among the search results on the platforms after controlling for search query syntax. We devised twenty-nine cases of search queries comprised of five semantically equivalent queries per case to search against the five MEDLINE database platforms. The National Library of Medicine's (NLM) MEDLINE database is the most important bibliographic database in the bio and related sciences. MEDLINE is freely accessible via the PubMed web interface, but NLM also licenses MEDLINE data to information service providers including EBSCOhost, ProQuest, Ovid, and Web of Science. The talk covers a longitudinal study of these five MEDLINE-based bibliographic database platforms. The goal of the study is to identify where and how these platforms differ when searched with semantically and logically equivalent search queries. The results have implications for literature searches, including systematic reviews.

In the clinical domain, documents prepared by medical experts (e.g., discharge summaries, drug labels, medical history records) contain a significant amount of clinically-relevant information that is crucial to the overall well-being of patients.
