The growing need for effective prevention and treatment of anxiety coincides with a deficit of mental health providers and physicians. สารนิพนธ์เรื่อง “ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความเครียดจากการปฏิบัติหน้าที่และความผูกพันองค์กรของเจ้าหน้าที่ศุลกากร กรณีศึกษา สำนักงานศุลกากรตรวจสินค้าท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความเครียดจากการปฏิบัติหน้าที่และระดับความผูกพันองค์กรของเจ้าหน้าที่ศุลกากร สำนักงานศุลกากรตรวจสินค้าท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ และเพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความเครียดจากการปฏิบัติหน้าที่และความผูกพันองค์กรของเจ้าหน้าที่ศุลกากร สำนักงานศุลกากรตรวจสินค้าท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ การวิจัยครั้งเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ เจ้าหน้าที่ศุลกากร จำนวน 191 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูใช้ค่าสถิติโดยวิธีการหา ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐานการวิจัยด้วยสถิติ T-test F-test และการวิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson correlation coefficient) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ระดับความเครียดจากการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของเจ้าหน้าที่ศุลกากรอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยความเครียดที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด 3 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ ด้านลักษณะงานและสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน ด้านบทบาทหน้าที่ในองค์กร และด้านโครงสร้างองค์กร ตามลำดับ (2) ระดับความผูกพันองค์กรของเจ้าหน้าที่ศุลกากรอยู่ในระดับสูง โดยด้านการยอมรับเป้าหมายและค่านิยมขององค์กรมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด (3) ความเครียดจากการปฏิบัติหน้าที่มีความสัมพันธ์ในทิศทางตรงข้ามกับความผูกพันองค์กรของเจ้าหน้าที่ศุลกากร

This research was conducted in a quantitative manner. The research objectives were to explore and to test the relationships of source characteristics, attitudes toward inclusive advertising of fashion products and purchase intention toward fashion product with inclusive advertising among generation Z and Y with an inclusive model, Asianna Scott as a research subject. 213 respondents were acquired in total. The findings showed that Miss Scott received a positive score in all characteristics. The respondents indicated that they would have a positive attitude toward inclusive fashion advertising. รายงานนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติด้านความหลากหลายทางและความเท่าเทียมเพศของผู้ผลิตและผู้รับชมสื่อซีรีส์วาย เรื่องคินน์พอร์ช เดอะ ซีรีส์ (KinnPorsche The series) ในประเทศไทย 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางในการผลิตสื่อซีรีส์วายที่มีเนื้อหาส่งเสริมความเข้าใจด้านความหลากหลายและความเท่าเทียมทางเพศ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สื่อซีรีส์วายเรื่องคินน์พอร์ช เดอะ ซีรีส์ มีการนำเสนอถึงความหลากหลายและความเท่าเทียมทางเพศที่แตกต่างจากสื่อซีรีส์อื่นๆ เช่น ตัวละครที่บ่งบอกเพศที่เป็นเกย์อย่างชัดเจน เป็นต้น มีการให้ความสำคัญกับอาชีพและอำนาจแก่เพศหญิงและเพศหลากหลาย ในขณะเดียวกันกลุ่มนักรณรงค์และผู้รับชมมองว่ามีการนำเสนอที่ดีแต่ยังขาดมิติทางเพศหลากหลายอื่น ๆ ไม่ได้นำเสนอประเด็นปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจริงเท่าที่ควร ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดในอุตสาหกรรมซีรีส์วาย มีความเข้าใจในเรื่องความหลากหลายแลความเท่าเทียมทางเพศ มีทัศนคติในเชิงบวก กล่าวคือ มีการเปิดรับเรื่องความหลากหลายทางเพศ และยินดีหากทุกเพศได้รับสิทธิอย่างเท่าเทียมทั้งทางกฎหมายและสังคม จากผลการวิจัยพบว่า แนวทางในการผลิตสื่อซีรีส์วายในอนาคต ยังต้องคงไว้ในรูปแบบของสื่อบันเทิง เพื่อจรรโลงใจ ในขณะเดียวกันก็สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงให้เข้ากับยุคสมัยและกระแสของสังคม โดยไม่ยัดเยียดเนื้อหา เลือกใช้วิธีการสอดแทรกที่แยบยล เช่น การปรับคาแรคเตอร์ของตัวละครหลัก ให้มีน้ำหนักความเท่าเทียมทางเพศใกล้เคียงกัน การเพิ่มความหลากหลายของเพศตัวละคร และที่สำคัญคือพยายามไม่สร้างภาพจำผิดๆให้กับสังคม

ในช่วงทศวรรษที่ผ่านมาภาคอุตสาหกรรมมีความก้าวหน้าอย่างมาก มีการปรับเปลี่ยนกระบวนการผลิตจากการใช้แรงงานคนมาเป็นเทคโนโลยีและเครื่องจักร ทำให้มีปัจจัยเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดอุบัติเหตุในการทำงานเพิ่มมากขึ้น ซึ่งในการเกิดอุบัติเหตุแต่ละครั้งจะก่อให้เกิดความสูญเสียเป็นอย่างมาก การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้ ทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมที่สอดคล้องกับคู่มือ /แนวทางการปฏิบัติตามมาตรการป้องกันความเสี่ยงอุบัติิเหตุในการทำงาน (2) เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการที่สนับสนุนในการปฏิบัติตามมาตรการความปลอดภัย ของบริษัทเอกชนสัญชาติไทยแห่งหนึ่ง ในเขตอุตสาหกรรม จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ในบริบทของงานวิจัยนี้ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ คือพนักงานผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ขับขี่รถโฟล์คลิฟท์ในบริษัทแห่งนี้ จํานวน 5 คน และเจ้าหน้าที่แผนกทรัพยากรบุคคล (HR) จํานวน 2 คน ผลการสัมภาษณ์จากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสําคัญทั้งหมด เมื่อนํามาเปรียบเทียบจากการให้ความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับคู่มือ /แนวทางการปฏิบัติตามมาตรการป้องกันความเสี่ยงอุบัติิเหตุในการทำงาน เพื่อวิเคราะห์ว่าการรับรู้ของผู้ให้ข้อมูลสําคัญ การให้ความร่วมมือและเห็นความสำคัญกับกฎระเบียบและหลักเกณฑ์ในการขับขี่รถโฟล์คลิฟท์ที่บริษัทฯกําหนดหรือไม่อย่างไร โดยในภาพรวมพบว่า ถึงแม้ผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ขับขี่รถโฟล์คลิฟท์จะมีการรับรู้พื้นฐานที่ดีเกี่ยวกับคู่มือ /แนวทางการปฏิบัติตามมาตรการป้องกันความเสี่ยงอุบัติิเหตุในการทำงาน แต่จากผลการสังเกตการณ์พบว่าพนักงานผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ขับขี่รถโฟล์คลิฟท์ในบางครั้งยังไม่สวมหมวกนิรภัย ไม่ใส่เสื้อสะท้อนแสง ไม่จอดรถที่จุดจอด เป็นต้น แสดงให้เห็นถึงความไม่ต่อเนื่องและเข้มงวดในการส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัยในองค์กร ซึ่งบริษัทฯควรสร้างบรรยากาศที่ส่งเสริมการรับรู้และการให้ความร่วมมือด้านความปลอดภัยอย่างต่อเนื่องต่อไป

การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) คุณลักษณะบุคคล (ได้แก่ คุณลักษณะพื้นฐาน และคุณลักษณะประกอบ) คุณลักษณะความเชื่อ และพฤติกรรมของผู้บริโภคกลุ่มวัยเริ่มต้นทำงาน (ได้แก่ ด้านโหราศาสตร์ ด้านความเชื่อลางร้าย ด้านเครื่องรางนำโชค ด้านการพนัน ด้านการส่งเสริมการตลาด และด้านสลากกินแบ่ง) และ 2) อิทธิพลของคุณลักษณะบุคคลและคุณลักษณะความเชื่อ ต่อพฤติกรรมของผู้บริโภคกลุ่มวัยเริ่มต้นทำงาน โดยเก็บข้อมูลผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีอายุ 23 – 29 ปี เป็นผู้ที่สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี และมีงานทำในปัจจุบัน จำนวน 403 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คุณลักษณะพื้นฐานที่มีผลต่อคุณลักษณะความเชื่อของผู้บริโภคกลุ่มวัยเริ่มต้นทำงาน ได้แก่ ความต้องการด้านวัตถุ ความต้องการด้านร่างกาย และความไม่มั่นคงทางอารมณ์ ส่วนคุณลักษณะประกอบที่มีผลต่อคุณลักษณะความเชื่อของผู้บริโภคกลุ่มวัยเริ่มต้นทำงาน ได้แก่ การอยู่กับปัจจุบัน และคุณลักษณะความเชื่อ มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคทั้ง 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านโหราศาสตร์ ด้านความเชื่อลางร้าย ด้านเครื่องรางนำโชค ด้านการพนัน ด้านการส่งเสริมการตลาด และด้านสลากกินแบ่ง โดยคุณลักษณะความเชื่อมีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมด้านโหราศาสตร์มากที่สุด

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบปรากฏการณ์วิทยาเพื่อศึกษาแก่นสาระของประสบการณ์ความสัมพันธ์ในช่วงต้นของชีวิตของผู้กระทำความผิดคดีเกี่ยวกับเพศ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักเป็นผู้กระทำความผิดคดีเกี่ยวกับเพศ จำนวน 6 คน มีอายุระหว่าง 21- 51 ปี ผู้ให้ข้อมูลทั้งหมดเป็นผู้ถูกคุมความประพฤติตามประมวลกฎหมายอาญามาตรา 56 เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เชิงปรากฏการณ์วิทยา ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพบแก่นสาระของประสบการณ์ความสัมพันธ์ในช่วงต้นของชีวิตของผู้กระทำความผิดคดีเกี่ยวกับเพศ 3 ประเด็นหลัก 11 ประเด็นย่อย ได้แก่ ประเด็นหลักที่ 1 เติบโตมากับสภาพแวดล้อมที่ไม่ปลอดภัย ซึ่งมี 5 ประเด็นย่อย คือ มีความสัมพันธ์ในครอบครัวที่ซับซ้อน ขาดการดูแลจากผู้เลี้ยงดู ใช้ความรุนแรงทางร่างกายและวาจา คุ้นเคยกับยาเสพติดหรืออาชญากรรมตั้งแต่เด็ก และไม่มีแบบอย่างในการใช้ชีวิต ประเด็นหลักที่ 2 มุมมองด้านรูปแบบความสัมพันธ์กับผู้อื่นที่ตายตัว ไม่ยืดหยุ่น ซึ่งมี 3 ประเด็นย่อย คือ รู้สึกสบายใจมากกว่ากับสมาชิกครอบครัวเพศหญิง มุมมองว่าผู้ชายใช้ความรุนแรงหรือสารเสพติดเป็นเรื่องธรรมดา และโทษตนเองเมื่อเกิดความขัดแย้งในครอบครัว ประเด็นหลักที่ 3 การหลีกหนีความรู้สึกโกรธและความอับอาย (เชื่อว่าตนทำอะไรกับความโกรธและความอับอายไม่ได้) ซึ่งมี 3 ประเด็นย่อย คือ เก็บกดความรู้สึกลบเอาไว้ ใช้ความรุนแรงเพื่อกลบเกลื่อนความรู้สึก และ ใช้สารเสพติดเพื่อลืมความรู้สึก

พฤติกรรมแยกขยะพลาสติกในครัวเรือนเป็นพฤติกรรมที่มีความสำคัญต่อการแก้ไขปัญหาขยะพลาสติกในระยะยาวในยุคที่บรรจุภัณฑ์พลาสติกเป็นสิ่งที่หลีกเลี่ยงไม่ได้ แต่ปัจจุบันยังขาดองค์ความรู้โดยเฉพาะในบริบทของประเทศไทยเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่สนับสนุนและขัดขวางการเกิดพฤติกรรมแยกขยะ ผู้วิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์ในการศึกษาปัจจัยตามทฤษฎีพฤติกรรมตามแผนและปัจจัยการพิจารณาผลลัพธ์ในอนาคตที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมแยกขยะพลาสติกในครัวเรือนโดยเน้นศึกษาขยะพลาสติก 3 ชนิด ได้แก่ ถุงพลาสติกหูหิ้ว ถุงพลาสติกบรรจุอาหาร และกล่องพลาสติกบรรจุอาหาร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง (n = 126) ได้แก่ ผู้มีอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไปที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครอย่างน้อย 1 ปี ทำการตอบแบบสอบถามการวิจัยเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยต่าง ๆ และรายงานพฤติกรรมแยกขยะพลาสติกในครัวเรือนใน 2 สัปดาห์ต่อมา ผลจากการวิจัยพบว่า การรับรู้การควบคุมพฤติกรรมมีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อพฤติกรรมทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อมผ่านเจตนาต่อพฤติกรรม โดยการคล้อยตามกลุ่มอ้างอิงมีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมผ่านเจตนาต่อพฤติกรรมเท่านั้น อย่างไรก็ตามพบปัจจัยที่ไม่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมโดยมีเจตนาต่อพฤติกรรมเป็นตัวแปรส่งผ่าน ได้แก่ เจตคติต่อพฤติกรรมและการพิจารณาผลลัพธ์ในอนาคต และพบว่าปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างเจตคติต่อพฤติกรรมและการรับรู้การควบคุมพฤติกรรม และ ปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการคล้อยตามกลุ่มอ้างอิงและการรับรู้การควบคุมพฤติกรรม ไม่สามารถทำนายเจตนาต่อพฤติกรรมได้ โดยปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมแยกขยะพลาสติกในครัวเรือนมากที่สุด ได้แก่ การรับรู้การควบคุมพฤติกรรม โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความเชื่อว่าการมีพื้นที่สำหรับแยกขยะพลาสติกในครัวเรือน การมีถังขยะของส่วนกลางรองรับ และการได้รับรู้ว่าการแยกขยะพลาสติกในครัวเรือนก่อให้เกิดประโยชน์ในด้านใดบ้างเป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งเสริมให้เกิดพฤติกรรมแยกขยะพลาสติกในครัวเรือนได้

As a result, financial institutions face challenges in developing systems that can automatically identify security breaches and separate fraudulent transactions from legitimate transactions. Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) can be characterized as a pervasive pattern of grandiosity, need for admiration, and lack of empathy beginning by early adulthood and present in a variety of contexts (APA, 2013). A core feature within NPD is interpersonal dysfunction, which in an extreme form, can be physically, emotionally, and sexually abusive. The etiology of this disorder is rooted in the type of parenting received during childhood, which develops into an individual’s overall attachment style. This original contribution to practice explores the significance of clinician biases and countertransference in assessing, diagnosing, and treating Cluster B personality disorders (Cluster B PD). An extensive literature review examines research on defining Cluster B PD (e.g., Antisocial, Borderline, Narcissistic, and Histrionic), current evidence-based treatments, barriers to treatment, stigma related to overall mental health and to Cluster B PD, gender and culture bias, countertransference, and burnout. Around the world, trauma disorders such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) are on the rise. Evidence-based treatment protocols, such as cognitive processing therapy (CPT) and prolonged exposure (PE) are effective in treatment. However, high dropout rates, stigma, and other barriers to treatment are driving the exploration of alternative treatment options. The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of a textbook affordability project implemented during 2020-2021 at East Tennessee State University (four-year public doctoral institution with over 14,500 students). The project involved an acquisitions librarian, electronic resources librarian, and digital scholarship librarian who worked together to identify and acquire institutionally licensed textbooks utilizing campus bookstore data. The library created customized textbook permalinks for instructors to insert into their course Learning Management System (LMS) for tracking and support purposes. This article explores the links between internet radicalization, access to weapons, and the current threat from terrorists who have been radicalized online. The prevalence of domestic terrorism, domestic hate groups, and online incitement and radicalization have led to considerable focus on the tension between counterterror efforts and the First Amendment. Many scholars recommend rethinking the extent of First Amendment protection, as well as Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendment protections, and some judges appear to be listening.
