Presently, public libraries of West Bengal are moving towards automation with koha. Koha, being open source software, allows extensive customization. Most of the libraries are now use their own bibliographic framework for recording different type of documents to save the time of data entry work. A total of 1726 research publications from Alagappa University similarly 2778 research publications from Bharathidasan University contributed during the span of study period. On basis of the literature review, it is hypothesized that a positive perception among librarians regarding the HRM practices helps in developing a sense of satisfaction among them regarding their jobs. The hypothesised relationship is tested though regression analysis by using data from libraries of seven universities of J&K. Using the Science Citation Index-Expanded of the Web of Science Core Collection, we analyzed global saffron research literature published between 1991 and 2017. The variables examined were research performance of nations, institutions, and authors. The study noted that the distribution of author keywords, citations, and publication patterns of saffron related articles to ascertain the research inclinations. The highly cited articles and author keyword analysis showed that the chemical and biochemical qualities of saffron were of key interest for the researchers.

Studies have found that police officers often experience stress. The purpose of this quantitative study was to determine if the cognitive appraisal of perceived stress of police officers differed between two police groups, those assigned to regular policing duties and those assigned to hot-spot policing. The survey chosen for this study was the Cognitive Appraisal Questionnaire, with composite scores taken from the Threat/Anxiety/Guilt Domain.
