Erosional and sedimentary features associated with flooding have been documented in both modern and past cases. However, only a few studies have demonstrated the relationship between these features and the corresponding hydraulic conditions that produced them, making it difficult to evaluate the magnitude of paleo-flooding. This study describes the characteristics associated with inundation depth and flow direction, as well as the erosional and sedimentary features resulting from the disastrous flooding of the Kinu River, central Japan, in September 2015. This study aims to determine the relationship between Social Skills and Use Gadgets Smartphone with Student Achievement SMA Negeri 9 Malang. This research is descriptive corelational. Total population of this study were 316 students with a total sample of 84 students. The sample selection using questionnaires and Likers scale and documentation in the form of report cards. Test requirements analysis using normality test and test linier. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. This development reaserch aims to produce sociodramas manual to increase the value of social care junior high school students theoretically and practically acceptable. This research method adapted the Borg and Gall procedural model covering the planning stage, the stage of product development and test phase of the product. Design test is test material experts and drama experts, potential users test products and test a small group. These products meet very precise criteria, very useful, very easy and very attractive to mean very feasible to use. It can be concluded that the guidelines have been grateful sociodramas theoretically and practically.

The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of self -instruction techniques to increase the confidence of the students of SMPN 20 Malang . Data were collected using the inventory of confidence and analyzed with the Wilcoxon test through SPSS to students who have low self-esteem category . This research aims to describe the characteristics and metacognition of high school counselors. The type of research used is descriptive with a survey method. The research subjects were 166 school counselors. The research results show that the counseling process has not fully implemented metacognition-based counseling skills. This indicates that in implementing counseling, counselors have not taken into account the effectiveness of intrapersonal skills as an integrated skill within the counselor.

The analysis of harmful errors is typically led by a team within the hospital and includes clinicians and staff who were involved at the time of the event. However, the patient and family are often left out of this process and are not asked to participate in the investigation. Because little guidance is available for facilitating patient input, an interprofessional team convened to develop a semi-structured tool to be used in eliciting patient feedback. Some 72 persons who had experienced adverse events were interviewed. Using a thematic analysis approach, the team learned that 51% of the interviewees preferred to participate …
