Incorporating Performance Heteroscedasticity In The Evaluation Of Job Performance, Max R. Massey

This study investigated the relation of agreeableness and experience with performance heteroscedasticity in small groups. Personality assessments were administered to 55 US Air Force personnel. The participants were placed in three groups based on the personality dimension of agreeableness. Group 1 consisted of eleven sub-groups of randomly paired individuals ranked high on agreeableness. Group 2 consisted of eleven subgroups of randomly paired individuals ranked low on agreeableness. Members of group 3 worked individually. Bach dyadic group and individual participant completed S load-planning scenarios over a five-day period. The data obtained over the 3 days were used to assess the variability …

The objective of this thesis is to prove that the Middle Eastern States, excluding Israel, experience political instability because the people lack state nationalism. State nationalism is defined as pride on the part of the people in their state to the extent that they transfer their primary loyalty from their village, ethnic, or religious group to the national government. The people will share a sense of oneness and a common identity with the government if they possess state nationalism.

This case study describes and analyzes the failure of the orange exports in Egypt since 1884 until 1966/67. It also evaluates the recent growth in Egyptian orange exports from 1967/68 to 1970/71. Part I describes the Egyptian orange production, consumption and exports from 1884 to the pre­sent. It focuses on an exploratory study of 1966/67 orange export season, which provides an ideal example of the failure of orange exports in Egypt from 1884 until 1966/67.
