The respondents are engaged through purposive and simple random sampling techniques respectively, the instruments for data collection are self-administered questionnaire and interview. The present study aimed to explore users’ satisfaction with library resources and services in health sciences institutes in Punjab, Pakistan. The study employed the quantitative research method to achieve its objectives. The quantitative data were collected from users of four selected health sciences institute libraries through the questionnaire.

The findings of the study suggest that the majority of participants were satisfied with the library environment (furniture, heating/cooling, noise level, lights and cleanliness). This study examined the Use of library services and User satisfaction of the physically challenged students in Federal Universities in South-West Nigeria. A survey research was done. Background: Many public libraries embraced digitalisation while some are hesitant to embrace it.

Aim: The purpose of the study was to examine digitalisation of library services as a magnifying factor in improving public library services in Limpopo.

Method: The study used a quantitative research approach. Data were collected through a questionnaire comprising both open and closed questions.

An investigation into the perception of users of Benue State Polytechnic Library, Ugbokolo was carried out and analysed in order to ascertain the opinion of the users regarding the services provided by the polytechnic library. This study has been carried out with an aim to explore the perception and attitudes of Research Scholars of Central Universities of Assam towards library services through Social Networking Sites. This paper discussed the state of prison libraries and its services to the prison inmates in Nigeria. It takes a look at the collaboration of Nigerian Prisons Service with National Open University Nigeria (NOUN) and the NGOs. Problems that hinder the development of prison library services in Nigeria such as inadequate funding and space, difficulties in accessing information materials, and poor infrastructure, and poor collection management and management of prison by non-professionals, among others were examined.
