The present study aimed to explore users’ satisfaction with library resources and services in health sciences institutes in Punjab, Pakistan. The study employed the quantitative research method to achieve its objectives. The quantitative data were collected from users of four selected health sciences institute libraries through the questionnaire.

The findings of the study suggest that the majority of participants were satisfied with the library environment (furniture, heating/cooling, noise level, lights and cleanliness). The study aimed to explore the effects of automated housekeeping operations and services on library and information science (LIS) professionals’ work productivity in university libraries in the Punjab, Pakistan. It also aimed to gain an overview of the status of automation of housekeeping operations and services in the libraries. The study employed the quantitative research method. This study aimed to analyse the problems facing college libraries in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. For conducting this research study, the researcher adopted a mixed-method research design. A literature-based questionnaire was administered amongst the 221 professional librarians serving in college libraries, in which 186 librarians responded to the questionnaire. The response rate of the study was 84%. To obtain in-depth information, qualitative research was conducted. Face-to-face semi-structured interviews were conducted of the 15 senior librarians and M. The study employed the quantitative research method to achieve its objectives. Purpose: This study examined the problems faced by the public of Pakistan. It also analyzed the demographic information of the libraries and further reviewed the designation, qualifications, and professional experience of the heads/in-charge of public libraries.

Aim: The present study aims is to evaluate the research productivity of Pakistani Library Information Science (LIS) authors produced during the year 2019.

Methodology: The retrospective study technique was used to extract the dataset on LIS literature produced by Pakistani authors, from different online and print sources. The bibliographic information was inserted in Microsoft Excel-2016 for data analysis. The findings of the data have been presented in 3 tables and 2 figures.

This research assessed the prevalence and levels of information seeking anxiety among business students at Lahore School of Economics, Lahore, Pakistan so that remedial measures could be taken to reduce anxiety. The data were collected from 283 students using a survey questionnaire, containing an Information Seeking Anxiety Scale along with certain demographic and academic variables, and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results indicated the prevalence of information seeking anxiety among these students across different dimensions and overall scale at mild to moderate levels. This study evaluated the research contributions of Pakistani authors in the online journal of Library Philosophy and Practice from 2008 to 2020. The articles were reviewed to probe the most cited papers, authorship pattern, subjects, and gender-wise distribution of papers, to find the most prolific authors, geographical and institution-wise distribution of publications.
