This study examined the correlation between types of perception of God and paranoid thoughts among 312 randomly sampled students — 175 female and 137 male — in the Azad Islamic University of Tehran in Iran. Two survey questionnaires were administered to the participants through the University’s website —one assessing their perception of God (Lawrence, 1997), and the other to assess the occurrence of paranoid thoughts among them (Derogatis, Lipman, & Covi, 1973). The participant pool for this research included the whole population of male and female students (n= 240, aging 17-18) selected by cluster sampling from the available pre-university centers in Sabzavar during the school year of 2011- 2012. The present research was performed to survey a relationship between spiritual intelligence and life satisfaction in two groups, married and unmarried females in the city of Esfahan, Iran. A total of 202 females were selected by the simple random sampling method to participate in this study. It used the King’s Spiritual Intelligence Inventory and Philip Carter’s Life Satisfaction Inventory to measure the variables. The research was designed according to the correlational method. Objective: This study examined the effectiveness of Marlatt's cognitive-behavioral model on increasing self-efficacy in opiate-dependents. Materials & Methods: In a pilot project, 30 opiate-dependent clients of addiction clinics in Khorramabad were randomly assigned to study and control groups. The study group went through 12 sessions of cognitive behavioral therapy; an overall 24 hours. The control group did not receive any special treatment. All the participants completed the self-efficacy questionnaire at the beginning and end of treatment. Analysis of covariance was used to analyze data. This research aimed to examine the relationship between religious orientation and work performance of teachers employed in educational ministry schools in Tehran, Iran. This was a correlational research study conducted on teachers from the 9th district of the educational ministry in Tehran, Iran. In this research 150 female teachers were randomly selected. Data collection was performed through completion of the religious orientation questionnaire by Feagin (1963) and Paterson’s work performance questionnaire (1963).
