The main concern of this study is to conduct an evaluation of Bengali newspaper websites from West Bengal, Tripura and Assam in India based on the eight Alexa indexes from Alexa Internet. A total of 30 Bengali newspaper websites are selected from web directory of world newspapers, magazines, news sites, and newspaper publishers (w3newslive.com) for evaluation in the present study. The main purpose of the study is to examine the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) Library System in India. The survey method is applied to IIT Libraries, where the questionnaire is used as a tool for data collection. This study is limited to IIT Libraries of India that established till 2015 with the inclusion of IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, one of the oldest institutes of the country, renamed in 2016. This study evaluates the Indian chemical science research output of the last two decades (2000 to 2019). We have made a scientometric analysis of contributions from India in leading chemical science journals over 20 years period 2000 – 2019. We have compared India’s performance with that of the USA. The data was sourced from the Scopus database during 2000 – 19. In order to identify the existing health information sources and channels of rural women, 213 married women of child bearing age from four villages of Kangpokpi District in Manipur, India were randomly selected. A questionnaire method was adopted for the data collection and Descriptive Statistics was used for analyzing the data collected from the women. The study identified a number of health information sources such as Family members, Friends, among others and Information channels like Word of Mouth ASHA, Pamphlet in Mother tongue, Mobile phone Short Message System (SMS) for communicating their health information needs.
