This study examined the relationship between digital literacy and electronic information resources use among undergraduate students of Gombe State University in Nigeria. The study sought to find level of digital literacy, level of electronic information resources use and determine the relationship between digital literacy and electronic information resources use among undergraduate students in Gombe State University. This study examined digital literacy skills as determinants of library usage among undergraduates in two Private Universities in Oyo State, Nigeria. The study adopted a descriptive and non-experimental survey research design which involved the use of questionnaire as the instrument for data collection. The study aims to ascertain digital literacy skills of users of State Central Library, Thiruvananthapuram. Data were collected using questionnaire distributed to a random sample of 160 members, out of which 150 are received with required details. It is observed that the respondents possess essential digital literacy skills. Majority of users were students and they have basic knowledge about digital materials and also used e-resources. The study attempted to find out whether undergraduates’ subject background has influence on their application of digital literacy skills in accessing digital information for educational problem solving.The design of the Ex- Post Facto survey was used for the study. A37- item Questionnaire was used to collect data from a sample of 1506, which represented 5% of 30,121 undergraduates of seven federal universities in southern Nigeria, which were purposely selected for the study. The present paper is a Scientometric Study of Digital Literacy in Online Library Information Science and Technology Abstracts (LISTA) during the year 1997 to 2011. The study attempts to examine the distribution of articles (age-wise, year-wise, and article-wise), authorship pattern, subject, language, and geographical distribution. Bradford’s law used to determine the scattering of journal articles in the publication pattern on the LISTA database. Results indicate that majority of articles published during the year 2009-2011 and focus mainly on academic education. International Information & Library Review have published greater number of articles on digital literacy.
