The study reported that the impact of electronic resources on the higher education community has considerably increased. Instances of information communication technology project failure are being recorded in Nigeria. This paper focuses on a design-reality gap to assess the selected information communication technology (ICT) projects in federal universities, South West of Nigeria. We determine the success and failure rates of the selected ICT projects based on the design-reality gap model dimensions: information, technology, processes, objectives and values, staffing and skills, management systems and structures. Purpose: This study aims to examine the access and purpose of internet use by the teaching staff of Peshawar Medical College, Peshawar.

Method(s)/Materials: Data were collected through a tested questionnaire from 115 teaching staff members of two major groups’ basic sciences and clinical sciences with a response rate (57.39%) of 66 members positively. Teaching faculty comprising 71.40% Male faulty members and 28.60% female took part in the study. Data were analyzed and tabulated using the SPSS tool.

The study applied Lotka’s law of the author’s productivity in the field Thermodynamic from 2015 to 2019. The Goodness of fit test Kolmogorov – Smirnov (K-S) test was applied to the data of thermodynamics research. It is found that the applicability of Lotka’s law is confirmed with 0.003 level of significance in the field of Thermodynamics. Bur Lotka’s inverse square law does not fit the present data. The study found that the most productive author is ‘Wang, J.’ with 159 articles, and the most productive journal is ‘Journal of Molecular Liquids’ with 547 published articles in Thermodynamics. A survey on collection development for graphic novels was sent to 632 collection development librarians and also placed on the Association for Library Collections and Technical Services listserv. Once 200 responses had been received analysis of results began. Findings indicate that while all libraries reported possessing at least some graphic novels and most reported having what they would call a “graphic novel collection,” the medium is still quite uncommon when compared to existing library collections, comprising less than 1% of all books in academic libraries. An attempt is made to examine the authorship distribution in Synthetic Biology (SB) literature and to validate Lotka's law of author productivity. Authors obtained data for this study from the WOS database. A total of 12012 papers with 33151 unique authors has identified , and used for further analysis. Authors calculated the exponents "n" and "c". Researchers employed Kolmogorov-Smirnov (K-S) test of goodness-of-fit to verify the validity of Lotka's Law in SB literature. Methods: This study was an attempt to analyze the scholarly documents published in Journal of Medical Sciences. All the original articles, reviews and case reports published from 2014 to 2018 were scrutinized. Website and hard copies of the Journal were used as data collection sources.

Introduction. This study was designed to investigate the awareness level, perception, and the adherence of record managers in the University of Ibadan to the provisions of the Nigerian Freedom of Information Law in relation to stages of records management practice.

These monks are attached with the Dali Monastery of Darjeeling. 62 residential and trainee monks participated in the survey. All the monks are male.
