The study is an investigation of total research productivity of India’s Astronomy and Astrophysics research for the period of thirty years during 1988-2017. Highly Cited Articles In Plant Sciences From Science Citation Index-Expanded: A Scientometric Analysis, Manohar Pathak

This paper analyses the 239 publications with more than 1000 citations indexed in SCI-Expanded of Web of Science under research area plant sciences. These publications have been written by 600 authors and from 224 institutes and universities across the world. There are 52 periodicals with impact factor ranging from 0.687-18.918 which published these articles. The most number of highly cited articles were published in Annual Review of Plant Physiology And Plant Molecular Biology (34). Authorship pattern indicates that 25 % of highly cited publications (61) have been written by single author. Two author publications is most prevalent with 90 publications. …

The implementation of policies promoting the adoption of an open science (OS) culture must be accompanied by indicators that allow monitoring the uptake of such policies and their potential effects on research publishing and sharing practices. This study presents indicators of open access (OA) at the institutional level for universities worldwide. By combining data from Web of Science, Unpaywall and the Leiden Ranking disambiguation of institutions, we track OA coverage of universities' output for 963 institutions. Nanotechnology research covered in the Web of Science database during the period 2008-17 has been analyzed. A total of 16935 articles were retrieved and this forms the basis of this study. The growth of the article over the study window is 123 articles per year. 2017 is the most productive year with 2220 (13%, approx) articles. Journals and authors' productivity are analyzed based on their h-index and z-index. Among the 30 top productive journals taken for the study, ACS Nano is occupying the top position with 400 articles. The present study focused on growth of research output, collaborations trends, citations patterns, contributing countries and organizations. This study is based on SCOPUS database, and a total of 1319 publications were retrieved in order to examine the growth of publication, access type, type of documents of publication, authorship pattern, international collaboration, highly productive subject, author and their citation count etc. We have noticed an increasing trend in the number of publication throughout the year of our study.

The study investigated the research publications of the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS) during the period 2009-2018 as reflected in Web of Science database. The results show that 1694 papers were published and gained 20158 citations. The average number of citations per paper identified is 11.89%. Neuroscience Neurology, Psychiatry, and Surgery are the most preferred domains to publish the articles. The global collaboration of NIMHANS is mostly with the USA, England, and Australia. Methodology: The data for the study was extracted from Scopus database for the 20 years time period from 1996-2015 using the keywords identified through MeSH. Dyslexia, or a reading disability, occurs when an individual has significant difficulty with speed and accuracy of word decoding. Comprehension of text and spelling are also affected. The diagnosis of dyslexia involves the use of reading tests, but the continuum of reading performance means that any cut off point is arbitrary. The IQ score does not play a role in the diagnosis of dyslexia. The cognitive difficulties of dyslexics include problems with speech perception, recognizing and manipulating the basic sounds in a language, language memory, and learning the sounds of letters.
