This study aims to review the implementation of functional requirements of electronic records management systems (ERMS) at the best Indonesian academic archive (LKPT), from the perspective of archivists and ERMS developers. This instrumental case study was conducted at three of the best academic archives in Indonesia using a checklist; the resulting data were examined and presented qualitatively. The findings show that the ERMS developed by LKPTs do not meet international functional standards, due to LKPTs and internal units are unprepared to implement the ERMS provided by the national archives. The goal of this study is describe how public libraries in Iranian cultural centers use of information technologies to developing its services. The paper examined the information needs and use of non-academic staff in University of Africa, Bayelsa State, Nigeria. The researchers adopted descriptive survey design. The population of the study comprised of 100 non-academic staff out of which 57 were randomly selected. Four (4) research questions guided this study. Data was collected using the questionnaire. Data was analyzed with descriptive statistics such as frequency count and simple percentage. The purpose of the present study is to evaluate the productivity of research at the Indian Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Bhubaneswar, in the first eight years (2012-2019) of its establishment. Purpose: the aim of the research is to investigate the use and perception of WhatsApp among LIS professionals in Pakistan.

Design/methodology/approach: quantitative research was adopted for this study and data have been collected using an online Google doc survey.
