An Investigation Of College Success Of Odebolt-Arthur High School Graduates, Odebolt, Iowa, Donna Yvonne Hunter Jan 1965

An Investigation Of College Success Of Odebolt-Arthur High School Graduates, Odebolt, Iowa, Donna Yvonne Hunter

Dissertations and Theses @ UNI

Throughout the nat1on there is a rapid increase in college and university enrollments. With this ever-increasing enrollment high school students find it necessary to make earlier decisions concerning their future. Such decisions usually bring forth the question, "Will I be able to succeed in college?" Such a question places much responsibility upon the high school counselor to provide students, as well as parents, with objective information concerning this transition from high school to college. Therefore, high school counselors are in need of more valid methods of making recommendations as to possible success in colleges and universities.
