Study Of The Influence Of The Phase Composition And Crystal Structure Of Fexni100-X Nanostructures On The Efficiency Of Using Lithium Ion Batteries As Anode Materials, D. B. Borgekov, N. A. Hlebnikov, D. I. Shlimas, A. L. Kozlovskiy

Eurasian Journal of Physics and Functional Materials

The results of the efficiency of using Fe x Ni 100x nanotubes as anode materials for lithium-ion batteries have been obtained. In the course of research, it was found that an increase in the concentration of nickel in the structure to 40 and 60 at.% leads to a sharp increase in the resource number of cycles by more than two times in comparison with iron nanotubes. Such a difference in the resource lifetime is due to the higher stability of Fe x Ni 100x nanotubes with a nickel concentration of more than 40 at.% to destruction, as well as resistance …

Evolution Of Structural And Magnetic Parameters Of Nickel Nanotubes Under Irradiation Of Fe7+ Ions, A. Shumskaya, E. Kaniukov, D. Shlimas, M. Zdorovets, A. Kozlovskiy Jun 2020

Evolution Of Structural And Magnetic Parameters Of Nickel Nanotubes Under Irradiation Of Fe7+ Ions, A. Shumskaya, E. Kaniukov, D. Shlimas, M. Zdorovets, A. Kozlovskiy

Eurasian Journal of Physics and Functional Materials

This work is devoted to investigations of nickel nanotubes behavior under influence of swift heavy ion irradiation. High-energy irradiation initiates damage process inside nanostructures and can cause the appearance of new phases with interesting properties. To understand the basic principles of the evolution of structural and magnetic parameters of nanostructures under the influence of high-energy processes, detailed study of nickel nanotubes irradiated with various fluences of Fe 7+ ions was carried out.

Magnetron Deposition Of Yttria-Stabilised Zirconia Electrolyte For Solid Oxide Fuel Cells, A. A. Solovyev, A. V. Shipilova, S. V. Rabotkin, I. V. Ionov, E. A. Smolyanskiy Sep 2018

Magnetron Deposition Of Yttria-Stabilised Zirconia Electrolyte For Solid Oxide Fuel Cells, A. A. Solovyev, A. V. Shipilova, S. V. Rabotkin, I. V. Ionov, E. A. Smolyanskiy

Eurasian Journal of Physics and Functional Materials

The aim of the article is to review the latest achievements in the field of magnetron deposition of thinfilm yttria-stabilised zirconia (YSZ) electrolyte for solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC). The main attention is paid to the use of magnetron sputtering for formation of YSZ electrolyte up to 10 μm thick on the anode substrates of intermediate-temperature SOFCs operating at a temperature of (600 - 800)°C . The influence of the types of power sources and such deposition parameters as substrate temperature, substrate bias voltage, post-annealing treatment, etc., as well as the morphology of the anode substrate surface on the microstructure …

Investigation Of The Stability Of Nanostructures To Degradation, A. V. Petrov, I. E. Kenzhina, A. L. Kozlovskiy, K. K. Kadyrzhanov Jun 2018

Investigation Of The Stability Of Nanostructures To Degradation, A. V. Petrov, I. E. Kenzhina, A. L. Kozlovskiy, K. K. Kadyrzhanov

Eurasian Journal of Physics and Functional Materials

The paper presents the dependence of the degradation degree in various aggressive media and time in a medium. The greatest deterioration in crystallographic characteristics of nanostructures in corrosive media is observed on the day 10th , which is due to partial destruction of the crystal structure as a result of oxidation processes. Also, an increase in the oxygen concentration in the structure leads to an increase in disorder regions, amorphization, and subsequent destruction of samples.
