Video prediction is a significant and actively researched area within the data science community. Its primary objective is to generate future video frames based on historical frames, finding applications in diverse domains such as human motion prediction, climate change analysis, and traffic flow forecasting. Traditional methods combine Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) and Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs) to capture complex correlations in spatial-temporal signals. Non-cooperative multi-agent learning, focusing on individual rationality (anarchy), often falls short in achieving system-wide efficiency in potential games, a class of games with applications in decentralized control and optimization. On the other hand, cooperative approaches prioritize system efficiency but often via global coordination, which could be impractical, e.g., for large-scale and less controlled environments. Approximate convex decomposition enables the simplification of complex shapes into manageable convex components. In this work, we propose a novel surface-based method to achieve this which leads to efficient computation times and sufficiently convex results while avoiding over-approximating the input model. We start approximation using mesh simplification. Then we iterate over the surface polygons of the mesh and divide them into convex groups. We utilize planar and angular equations to determine suitable neighboring polygons for inclusion in forming convex groups. This work introduces a new dual-X current conveyor differential input transconductance amplifier (DXCCDITA) based meminductor emulator, alongside its application in chaotic oscillator has also been presented. To realize the designed meminductor emulator, one DXCCDITA, two resistors, and two capacitors are employed. Pinched hysteresis loops are achieved across a wide frequency range spanning from 100 Hz to 1.5 MHz, encompassing both decremental and incremental topologies. The state-of-the-art systems do an excellent job of responding in a relevant, persuasive way but cannot guarantee factuality. The primary objective of employing multiple classifier systems (MCS) in pattern recognition is to enhance classification accuracy. Dynamic classifier selection (DCS) and dynamic ensemble selection (DES) are two purposeful forms of multiple classifier systems. While DES involves the selection of a classifier set followed by decision combination, DCS opts for the choice of a single competent classifier, eliminating the necessity for classifier combination. As a consequence, DCS methods exhibit superior efficiency in terms of processing time and memory usage compared to DES methods.
