The purpose of this Butte Priority Soils Operable Unit (BPSOU) Unreclaimed (UR) Sites Construction Completion Report (CCR) is to describe the tasks completed as described in the Final BPSOU UR Sites: UR-35 Remedial Action Work Plan (RAWP) (referred to herein as RAWP; Atlantic Richfield Company, 2025) (Appendix A). This CCR was prepared to outline Remedial Action (RA) tasks performed at the UR source area, UR-35, within the BPSOU (referred to herein as UR-35 Site or Site) as part of the Further Remedial Elements Scope of Work described in the BPSOU Consent Decree (EPA, 2020).
