Power limit training is defined as the movement to get a jump on athletes in doing the maximum jump smash. Badminton requires leg muscle explosive power because it is the muscle's ability to overcome loads and with a high speed of contraction. This study aims to determine the effect of the single leg depth jump exercise, the combination of the knee to elbow core plank, on increasing leg power in badminton athletes.

The purpose of this case study is to determine the effect of diaphragmatic breathing and endurance exercise in hospital-acquired pneumonia (HAP). Nosocomial pneumonia that occurs in 48 hours or more after the patient admitted to the hospital, without any signs of pulmonary infection. The existence of clinical manifestations that appear, patients with HAP tend to avoid physical activity which can decrease the functional capacity of the respiratory system and have an impact on decreasing endurance. Individuals with disabilities tend to face poverty at a higher rate compared to those without disabilities (Kelley, 2016). Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) benefit from a variety of supports to work in their communities. Not providing services to address these needs can cause increased unemployment rates and dependence on others. Currently, there is a lack of attention by OTP on supporting individuals with IDD (14-26 years) when acquiring meaningful employment. Interdisciplinary patient rounding has been shown to improve patient and family satisfaction as well as reduce patient length of stay and readmission rates. In an acute care inpatient pediatric unit, baseline metrics demonstrated that 100% of the time, nursing was not included in these rounds thus resulting in sub optimal communication.

The goal of this performance improvement project was to attain increased nursing participation. Data collection demonstrated several reasons for lack of participation and corrective actions were instituted. After undertaking this KPI goal and utilizing operational excellence, 95% of the time, nurses were called to morning rounds with the medical …
