Primary health care (PHC) has one of the largest funding sources, capitation, which BPJS Healthcare Security transfers monthly. Capitation fund receipts were frequently insufficient due to failure to meet performance-based capitation/Kapitasi Berbasis Kinerja (KBK) targets, including for PHC in Malang City, Indonesia. This study aimed to examine the management and utilization of capitation funds through a KBK mechanism. This descriptive study used a qualitative approach supported by quantitative data. BACKGROUND: Adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) are potentially traumatic exposures experienced during childhood, for example, neglect. There is growing evidence that the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic and related socioeconomic conditions contributed to an increased risk of ACEs. As public health programs/services are re-evaluated and restored following the state of emergency, it is important to plan using an ACEs-informed lens. Objective: To evaluate changes in dual enrollment after Affordable Care Act Medicaid expansion by VA priority group, (e.g., service connection), sex, and type of state expansion.

Study setting: Our cohort was all Veterans ages 18-64 enrolled in VA and eligible for benefits due to military service-connection or low income from 2011 to 2016; the unit of analysis was person-year.

Objective: To estimate whether those enrolled in the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) were less likely to use VHA-delivered colorectal cancer screening colonoscopies after the MISSION Act.

Data sources and study setting: Secondary data were collected on VHA-enrolled Veterans from FY2017-FY2021.

Study design: This retrospective cross-sectional study measured the volume and share of screening colonoscopies that were VHA-delivered over time and by drive time eligibility-defined as living more than 60 min away from the nearest VHA specialty-care clinic. Nurses are the most significant number of health workers in hospitals with a high level of patient intervention; inappropriate treatment risks decreasing work productivity. This research aims to analyze the effect of financial compensation, non-financial compensation, and work discipline on nurse productivity at RSJMM. This research uses the Theory of Planned Behavior as the theoretical framework to analyze the relationship between the implementation of green hospital policy and energy-saving behaviors of employees in the hospital environment. The study's sample consists of 150 permanent employees, and the statistical data are analyzed using the Structural Equation ModelingPartial Least Square (SEM-PLS) technique. The analysis results indicate that implementing the green hospital policy influences the supportive factors of behavior: attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. The New York FIDA-IDD demonstration was launched in 2016 in nine downstate counties and was the first comprehensive managed care demonstration exclusively serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in the nation. Due at least in part to a lack of provider participation, less than 8 percent of eligible beneficiaries enrolled. Beneficiaries who did enroll reported high levels of satisfaction, especially with care coordination and the ease of obtaining durable medical equipment. The MedicareMedicaid Plan’s (MMP) assessment and care coordination model provided person-centered care planning that identified goals and helped to achieve them, improving enrollees’ quality of life.
