The aim of the study is to investigate the adherence level of Prolanis participanst and its determinants in type 2 diabetes patients at five BPJS primary health care in Bekasi. The INA-CBG payment system in the JKN program allegedly increasing the incidence of readmission. This study aims to map the incidence of readmission in JKN participants admitted to thirteen partner hospitals of BPJS-Health in Sukabumi. The research design is a descriptive study with the unit of analysis is patient. The study used secondary data from inpatient claims in thirteen partner hospitals BPJS-Health Sukabumi which has been verified during 2015. Schoolchildren are assets for the development of the nation. Therefore, healthy meals at schools are very important, because for them, it covers about 25-36% of the daily energy requirements. Unhealthy eating habits or consumption of nutrition deficient meals may cause stunting, cardiovascular diseases, cancer, diabetes, and osteoporosis. This study aims to analyze local health financing system and as input for health program planning. Health financing portrait how fund being spent, and identfying who the agents are as well as the beneficiaries. The study shows spending on health from local budget is Rp130,000. The design of the study employed a mixed methods approach of Sequential Explanatory. The implementation analysis employed the model developed by Donald Van Meter and Carl Van Horn. Within the model, policy implementation was associated with performance.
