Background. Full practice authority for NPs is optimal for high-quality, cost-effective healthcare. However, a complete picture of utilization after states have adopted full practice authority needs to be determined. Objective. To review the evidence regarding practice-level utilization (PLU) of Nurse Practitioners (NP) PLU in comparison to state-level regulations (SLR). Data Sources. Studies published in English and based on US populations were identified through PubMed, CINAHL, and SCOPUS (January 1, 1989 - December 31, 2018), and bibliographies of retrieved articles. Predictors for Exclusive Breastfeeding Failure: Study at Buaran Community Health Center Pekalongan Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. The failure of exclusive breastfeeding (EBF) is still a phenomenon in the community. In 2015 Pekalongan Regency had exclusive breastfeeding coverage of 30.3%. It indicates that most mothers failed to give exclusive breastfeeding. This study aimed to determine the factors that related to exclusive breastfeeding (EBF)failure. Maternal deaths in Timor Island, East Nusa Tenggara Province, are one of the contributors to the overall maternal mortality rate (MMR) of Indonesia. The MMR of Western Timor Island was150/100,000 live births in 2015. The aim of this qualitative study was to explore the perceived causes of maternal death due to postpartum hemorrhage. Data were obtained from family members, traditional birth attendants, and Posyandu cadres, as well as health providers. An estimated 331,530 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in 2019 ("American Cancer Society," 2019, p. 10). The purpose of this qualitative, phenomenological, descriptive study was to explore the lived experience of non-spousal close/intimate relationships of women with breast cancer. Poor communication between health team members can interfere with timely, coordinated preparation for hospital discharge. Research on daily bedside interprofessional health team rounds and nursing bedside shift handoff reports provides evidence that these strategies can improve communication.

Aims

To improve health team communication and collaboration about hospital discharge; improve patient experience of discharge measured by patient‐reported quality of discharge teaching, readiness for discharge, and postdischarge coping difficulty; and reduce readmissions and emergency department (ED) visits postdischarge.
