การวิจัยเชิงสหสัมพันธ์ (Correlation research) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุโรคมะเร็งตับที่ได้รับการรักษาด้วยเคมีบำบัดทางหลอดเลือดแดง และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความเหนื่อยล้า ความปวด อาการนอนไม่หลับ ภาวะเครียด และคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุโรคมะเร็งตับที่ได้รับการรักษาด้วยเคมีบำบัดทางหลอดเลือดแดง กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ที่มีอายุ 60 ปีขึ้นไป ได้รับการวินิจฉัยว่าเป็นมะเร็งตับทุกระยะและรักษาด้วยเคมีบำบัดทางหลอดเลือดแดง เข้ารับการรักษาแผนกผู้ป่วยใน ตึกศัลยกรรมและอายุรกรรม โรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ และโรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี จำนวน 120 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้จากการสุ่มแบบอย่างง่าย ด้วยวิธีการจับฉลากแบบไม่แทนที่ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทำวิจัยคือ แบบบันทึกข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบประเมินความเหนื่อยล้า แบบประเมินอาการปวด แบบประเมินการรับรู้ความเครียด แบบประเมินอาการนอนไม่หลับ แบบประเมินคุณภาพชีวิตผู้ป่วยมะเร็งตับ ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 5 คน หาความเที่ยงจากการคำนวณค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค ได้ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .96, .78, .95 และ .87 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ผู้สูงอายุโรคมะเร็งตับที่ได้รับการรักษาด้วยเคมีบำบัดทางหลอดเลือดแดงมีคุณภาพชีวิตโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างสูง (Mean = 122.47, S.D. = 18.76) 2. ความเหนื่อยล้า ความปวด อาการนอนไม่หลับ ภาวะเครียด มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบในระดับปานกลางกับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุโรคมะเร็งตับที่ได้รับการรักษาด้วยเคมีบำบัดทางหลอดเลือดแดง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = - 0.444, - 0.540, - 0.579, - 0.466 ตามลำดับ)

The use of an indwelling catheter is common in hospital settings. การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทพยาบาลวิชาชีพในการดูแลผู้ป่วยศูนย์ส่องกล้องระบบทางเดินอาหาร โดยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 17 คน ประกอบด้วย 4 กลุ่ม ประกอบด้วย แพทย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการส่องกล้องระบบทางเดินอาหาร พยาบาลหัวหน้าศูนย์ส่องกล้องระบบทางเดินอาหาร พยาบาลวิชาชีพระดับปฏิบัติการในศูนย์ส่องกล้องระบบทางเดินอาหาร และอาจารย์พยาบาลผู้สอนหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการพยาบาลส่องกล้องระบบทางเดินอาหาร วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 3 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การสัมภาษณ์เกี่ยวกับบทบาทพยาบาลวิชาชีพในการดูแลผู้ป่วยศูนย์ส่องกล้องระบบทางเดินอาหาร ขั้นที่ 2 นำข้อมูลที่ได้จากการสัมภาษณ์มาวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและสร้างแบบสอบถาม เพื่อให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญแสดงความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับระดับความคิดเห็นของข้อคำถามแต่ละข้อ ขั้นที่ 3 นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาคำนวณด้วยค่ามัธยฐาน ค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ และส่งแบบสอบถามกลับไปให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญยืนยันคำตอบอีกครั้ง จากนั้นจึงนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาคำนวณค่ามัธยฐาน และค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์เพื่อสรุปผลการวิจัย ผลการวิจัย พบว่า บทบาทพยาบาลวิชาชีพในการดูแลผู้ป่วยศูนย์ส่องกล้องระบบทางเดินอาหาร ประกอบด้วย 4 บทบาท ดังนี้ 1) บทบาทด้านผู้ปฏิบัติการพยาบาล จำนวน 14บทบาทย่อย 2) บทบาทด้านผู้ควบคุมดูแลเครื่องมือ และอุปกรณ์พิเศษ จำนวน 4 บทบาทย่อย 3) บทบาทด้านผู้ให้ความรู้ และให้คำปรึกษา จำนวน 7 บทบาทย่อย และ4)บทบาทด้านผู้พัฒนา และควบคุมคุณภาพบริการ จำนวน 5 บทบาทย่อย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทวิสัญญีพยาบาล โดยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 20 คน ประกอบด้วย วิสัญญีแพทย์จากราชวิทยาลัยวิสัญญีแพทย์แห่งประเทศไทย จำนวน 4 คน คณะกรรมการชมรมวิสัญญีพยาบาลแห่งประเทศไทย จำนวน 4 คน คณะอนุกรรมการฝึกอบรมและสอบความรู้ความชำนาญเฉพาะทางการพยาบาลและการผดุงครรภ์เพื่อรับวุฒิบัตรในสาขาการพยาบาลด้านการให้ยาระงับความรู้สึก จำนวน 3 คน หัวหน้าวิสัญญีพยาบาล จำนวน 4 คน และวิสัญญีพยาบาล จำนวน 5 คน วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 3 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 สัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญเกี่ยวกับบทบาทวิสัญญีพยาบาล ขั้นตอนที่ 2 นำข้อมูลที่ได้จากการสัมภาษณ์มาวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาแล้วสร้างเป็นแบบสอบถามให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญประมาณค่าแนวโน้มความสำคัญของบทบาทวิสัญญีพยาบาล และขั้นตอนที่ 3 นำข้อมูลที่ได้จากรอบที่ 2 มาคำนวณหาค่ามัธยฐาน ค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ และส่งแบบสอบถามให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญกลุ่มเดิมยืนยันคำตอบ จากนั้นจึงนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาคำนวณค่ามัธยฐาน และค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์อีกครั้ง เพื่อสรุปเป็นบทบาทวิสัญญีพยาบาล ผลการวิจัย พบว่า บทบาทวิสัญญีพยาบาล ประกอบด้วย 4 บทบาท ดังนี้ 1) บทบาทด้านผู้ปฏิบัติการพยาบาลเฉพาะทางวิสัญญี จำนวน 19 ข้อ 2) บทบาทด้านผู้จัดการความปลอดภัย และบริหารความเสี่ยงทางวิสัญญี จำนวน 6 ข้อ 3) บทบาทด้านผู้ให้ความรู้และคำปรึกษา จำนวน 5 ข้อ และ 4) บทบาทด้านผู้พัฒนาและควบคุมคุณภาพบริการวิสัญญี จำนวน 7 ข้อ

วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการบำบัดทางความคิดบนพื้นฐานของการเจริญสติต่อความวิตกกังวลในผู้ป่วยโรควิตกกังวลทั่วไป\n\nแบบแผนการวิจัย: การวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลอง\n\nวิธีดำเนินการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ป่วยโรควิตกกังวลทั่วไปที่เข้ารับบริการแผนกผู้ป่วยนอกจิตเวชโรงพยาบาลตติยภูมิขั้นสูง จำนวน 40 คน ถูกจับคู่ด้วย เพศ และคะแนนความวิตกกังวล และสุ่มเข้ากลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ 20 คน กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมการบำบัดทางความคิดบนพื้นฐานของการเจริญสติ กลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้ 1) แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) แบบวัดความวิตกกังวลขณะปัจจุบัน 3) แบบวัดความวิตกกังวลประจำตัว และ 4) แบบประเมินการหมกมุ่นครุ่นคิด แบบประเมินชุดที่ 2-4 มีค่าความเที่ยงสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาค เท่ากับ .87 .88 และ .85 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และสถิติทดสอบค่าที\n\nผลการวิจัย: คะแนนเฉลี่ยความวิตกกังวลขณะปัจจุบันและประจำตัว ของผู้ป่วยโรควิตกกังวลทั่วไปในกลุ่มทดลองภายหลังได้รับโปรแกรมการบำบัดทางความคิดบนพื้นฐานของการเจริญสติน้อยกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรม และน้อยกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05\n\nสรุป: โปรแกรมการบำบัดทางความคิดบนพื้นฐานของการเจริญสติมีประสิทธิผลทำให้ความวิตกกังวลของผู้ป่วยโรควิตกกังวลทั่วไปลดลงกว่าก่อนการทดลอง และลดลงกว่าผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ

Anxiety is common in pregnancies that occur after a miscarriage or perinatal loss and can lead to detrimental effects on the mother and fetus. The objective of this literature review is to examine whether caring-based nursing actions and anxiety-reducing interventions decrease the self-report of anxiety more than self-management alone. A literature search of four journal databases was conducted using related keywords which produced 429 studies for consideration. Inductions of labor that occur prior to 39 weeks' gestation can pose increased risks for the mother-baby dyad. In the target setting, there is a gap in knowledge among the pregnant women about options for delivery, hospital policies and procedures, and what to expect in the labor and delivery experience. Because of this gap in knowledge, the pregnant patient is unable to make informed decisions regarding her needs, expectations, and care.
