INTRODUCTION: Neuromas are commonly diagnosed at the third interspace, and are known as morton’s neuromas. It is not a true neuroma, but rather degeneration of myelinated nerve fiber with associated histopathological changes of the interdigital nerve within the foot. This condition is a degenerative process rather than neoplastic. The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not third interspace neuromas truly are the most common location for a neuroma when compared to other interspaces of the foot.

The Lapidus bunionectomy procedure, aimed at correcting hallux valgus deformities, involves realignment of the first metatarsal-cuneiform joint and often necessitates fixation to ensure proper alignment and stability during the healing process. People of color are more likely to experience poverty, lack of access to healthcare, and discrimination, which can lead to worse health outcomes. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is a surgical procedure to remove the gallbladder. It is the most common gastrointestinal surgery performed in the United States. Introduction: Hypertensive emergency is defined as a systolic blood pressure greater than 180 mmHg or diastolic pressure over 120 mmHg with signs of end organ damage. The pathophysiology of a hypertensive emergency leads to an inability to maintain tissue perfusion resulting in organ hypoxia that often leads to temporary, and in more severe cases, permanent damage.

Introduction: Paraspinal Compartment Syndrome (PCS) is a well-documented complication after trauma and orthopedic injuries though incidence of atraumatic PCS in individuals with substance use disorder (SUD) is not well documented. We present a case of a middle-aged man with acute PCS after intravenous (IV) amphetamine use.

Case Description: 40-years-old male with a history of substance use disorder was brought in for evaluation after being found wandering naked in the streets. Sheehan syndrome is defined as ischemic necrosis of pituitary gland following massive postpartum hemorrhage leading to panhypopituitarism. It has an insidious course with multitude of presentations. The majority of cases remain undiagnosed for many years after the delivery with average time following postpartum hemorrhage to diagnosis of Sheehan syndrome is believed to be almost 13 years according to one study.
